If I could give 0 stars I would. Y'all need these 5 stars removed bc I know there's no way we're taking about the same place. My husband got my oil changed Saturday after already waiting over 45 minutes. On the SAME DAY we noticed the car was scraping, I checked it that night and of course they forgot to reinstall my skid plate. I have a car that sits low so I know every little bump in the road is going to cause damage. He tried to take my car as soon as they "opened" on Sunday, PER THEIR HOURS. They were no where to be found. He sat honking, calling, waiting for 30 minutes and finally gave up and called the number listed. That number isn't even the store number, it goes straight to corporate according to whomever answered. He explained the situation and the person said "well someone's definitely there, the account is active online.. maybe they're in the bathroom". He came back home, car still untouched, and tried again multiple hours later to the same thing. Fast forward to today (Tuesday) and he took it back up DURING THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION and still, doors shut, no answer. So now I'm on day 3 of my skid plate being constantly damaged and no answers. I've tried calling the phone number, every time it tries to tell you the hours of operation.. there are none... I tried to speak to a PERSON and the phone hung up upon transfer. This is ridiculous and extremely infuriating. If you run this business, please reach out and FIX MY CAR.
- A really mad customer who NEVER leaves reviews for anything.
UPDATE: Jason/Jaxon.. not sure, he covered his name tag when I asked for his name... probably shouldn't be YELLING at people from the jump. Or trying to act all nice after I asked the manager for corporate and claims information. Day FOUR and we finally got someone to fix my skid plate. I do want to say thank you to the, I'm assuming manager, for his help in de-escalating the situation the best he could after his employee (which after speaking with my husband, Jason/Jaxon was the one who originally didn't put my car back together properly) starting yelling at me from across the lot. He handled everything perfectly and didn't hesitate to take pictures of the plate for me when asked. He also reached out to his regional supervisor and said we would be getting a call within the hour. I'll update that too if it ever happens, but with the inconsistency of this location I have my doubts.
I also wanted to be completely transparent and add that generally I'm an extremely non confrontational person, especially when it comes to the service industry, I've been there, I get it. But 1. You raised your voice at me without any prior knowledge or communication, I had literally just pulled in and was going to ask which bay to go to.. couldn't even do that because he was already yelling. And 2. I had my babies in the car, no one's going to speak to me the way he did in-front of my children without consequences. read more
