Took our truck in for electrical issues. We spent a fortune in Georgia at a Ford dealership there and they did not find the problem. Not only did All Star find and fix the issue they were very reasonably priced, far cheaper than I thought and delivered my truck to me when it was fixed! Highly recommend this dealership. Also working with Melissa in the service department was great- she's friendly, helpful and kept us informed. I asked for a diagnostic and they they merely restated what I said. They did nothing to determine the facts around the death of my 2018 F150. They came up with a theory about what happened but did nothing prove anything. They charged me $149 for the diagnostic that proved nothing. Love all Star Ford! First, let me give a Shout-Out to Parker. I was in the market for a Ford Fusion (not for me) and I gave them a call. I gave him some parameters of what I was looking for, and he told me a series of scenarios. I could tell right off he was no nonsense, though funny. He collected some info and said that worst case they could have the car I needed in 3 days, but 15 mins later he called me back and said that we could get it same day, if needed. Since we took care of a lot of it prior, it was a few signatures once we got in, the usual decisions on the extended coverages and we were out in about 40 mins! The management was GREAT too! Hometown kind of vibe and he wasn't trying to be pushy or scare you into extra coverage. Left with a manageable payment and a great deal. This place is just the right amount outside of Dallas (about 5 mins from Canton First Monday Trade Days) that you can grab a car here and have a great ride back home to get to know your new car. I loved it. Pro tip: the window tint guy only comes once a week, so if it isn't already on there you may want to get it tinted somewhere closer to home. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Canton Ford in Canton, Texas. No Loaner vehicles for a truck that I purchased only 3 months ago. Already replaced the battery once myself (even though I bought the extended warranty they would not replace the dead battery) and the truck is leaving me stranded once again. They admit there is a problem, but are not doing anything to fix this issue. This is my only vehicle and cannot be left without one. The service center is very poor customer service and quality work. Last week was the last straw. We have been dealing with the service manager Bruce on a transmission leak for 4 years that they have yet to resolve. My vehicle now shuts down with no power while driving. The book says it's a limp home operation and transmission problem. They won't do anything because it doesn't ever register on the computer that something went wrong. So they just don't know what to do. So now I'm driving an unsafe vehicle and a lawsuit will happen if I get in wreck for this. When they had the vehicle last Bruce said he needed to grease the drive shaft to fix the jerkiness of driving. We let them keep the vehicle a day to do that. We called next day when we were going to be there to pick it up. We get to dealership. Cashier in service department pulls the ticket and gets my debit card to proceed with transaction. We questioned Price because higher than quoted. She goes and talked to Bruce. He came in mumbling something about his fault. He does some computer work then proceeded to say they didn't do the job. I'm was like what? He says they forgot and didn't even do the job. So my big complaint here is, if I hadn't questioned the price they would have let me pay like the job had been done. And I would have just assumed that greasing the drive shaft didn't fix the jerkiness. Also in all the times they've kept my truck for long very long periods of time they never offer a vehicle to drive. I would have to really pressure them for one but it was Never worth the hassle so I borrowed from family. Which was a burden on everyone. I have submitted a case to Ford. And I hope another dealership is going to be more knowledgeable and professional. read more

I shopped around North Texas for a very specific truck and several dealers had it in stock. Narrowed it down to three dealers and I just had a good feeling that Canton was going to honor their deal 100%. (They weren't the closest Ford Dealer.) Got to the dealership, they had my shiny new truck parked out front and the deal was exactly what they told me over the phone and confirmed via email. This is how car buying should be. My truck had a vacuum leak that was difficult to find. Id gotten so discouraged I seriously considered selling it as three other shops couldn't find it and it ran horribly, trying to die and no power.All tests on diagnostic machines indicated no issues but the techs at All Star refused to give up. They discovered it, fixed it, recommended I replace my ignition coils and now my truck runs like new and I'm enjoying it again and will keep it. If you have a Ford truck or car, take it to them because they have the right machines, tools and techs who will figure it out and put it right instead of guess and cause you to spend more than you should. Service Dept was contacted and asked for 11:30 AM oil change. They advised no problem, to come on in. Arrived at 11:15 and was advised that it would be a 3 hour wait. Drove 30 minutes back home very disappointed. Waste of time and fuel. read more

Went here for a vehicle inspection because I was in a hurry and about to leave town in my vehicle for a few weeks. Was a little aggravated that the service tech left the keys in the vehicle and the doors were locked. Thank goodness the window was down. But now a week later I am very aggravated with this place. They told me that my vehicle needed windshield wipers to pass inspection. The windshield wipers were FINE! Whatever, let them put new ones on it because like I said I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go get new ones, do it myself and come back. $15 a piece for windshield wipers and after a week they are literally falling apart. Really appreciate the trash of windshield wipers that they put on my $60k vehicle. Looks like this place was just taking advantage of a pregnant woman with a child in a hurry. Pretty sure they put some wipers out of the trash on my car. read more
