That requirement wasn't communicated during the online scheduling process, so it was confusing and frustrating. I was then told it would take 7-10 days just to diagnose my vehicle. That completely defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. I was still told it would be over a week before anyone could look at it. Your website advertises "fast and reliable service," but my experience was anything but that. Being told it takes 7-10 days just to diagnose a vehicle because there isn't enough staff is disappointing, especially for a Ford dealership. Staffing issues should not become the customer's problem after an appointment has already been scheduled. I chose your dealership because it's close to where I live, but based on this experience, your service department did not meet my expectations. Had I taken my truck to WRay Ford in Bossier, I believe the diagnosis and oil change would likely have been completed the same day

Not only did All Star find and fix the issue they were very reasonably priced, far cheaper than I thought and delivered my truck to me when it was fixed! Highly recommend this dealership. Also working with Melissa in the service department was great- she's friendly, helpful and kept us informed. I forgot to check in the last few times I've been in, but all the guys in the service department I've dealt with are great!
