Aria the Rep eventually was able to get ahold of Alan who is not a tow, but only does tire changes. Aria (Allstate) rep stated that although Alan isn't a tow but tstated that he would come out and see if there was anything he could do at all. Alan changed one spare tire and double plugged the other ... Let stand abt 30 minutes and then trailed me a bit to get to the closet tire shop. Alan got out of his bed in Tyler, Tx at 5am for the flat rate my insurance covers. Aria asked if he would like to be paid for both tires he declined and said I'm going to go out regardless just to see if I can help. Alan is the EPITOME of AGAPE love ....
