Aria the Rep eventually was able to get ahold of Alan who is not a tow, but only does tire changes. Aria (Allstate) rep stated that although Alan isn't a tow but tstated that he would come out and see if there was anything he could do at all. Alan changed one spare tire and double plugged the other ... Let stand abt 30 minutes and then trailed me a bit to get to the closet tire shop. Alan got out of his bed in Tyler, Tx at 5am for the flat rate my insurance covers. Aria asked if he would like to be paid for both tires he declined and said I'm going to go out regardless just to see if I can help. Alan is the EPITOME of AGAPE love .... Update on my review: I am changing my stars to 4 because once the owner was contacted the tire…read morecompany made EVERYTHING BETTER. They fixed any issue we had. We went to Burnetts with people giving us great recommendations. It started off well. Everyone seemed extremely nice.... up until we had an issue. We bought 4 brand new tires from them. When we took our truck nothing was wrong with our tire sensors. When we went to get in our truck after they placed the new tires on, the tire sensors were not working. So after we went inside to tell the guy (we never left the parking lot) he said sometimes that happens all 4 sensors go out at the same time. NOTHING was wrong when the truck went into the shop. Not only that, we had to be the one who said the sensors were not working, not them. So we just paid about $800 for tires and now we are leaving with another $550 bill. That doesn't seem right to me!!! I get it, if we were having a problem with the sensors before, but we weren't! I do not feel the customer service was as great as some people may have received in other reviews. I wish we did! After speaking with several other tire companies and the Chevrolet house, they said this is NOT normal for all 4 to go out at the same time. l'm not okay bringing my vehicle in and leaving with $550 more damage and then the company telling me it's just something I need to deal with and to buy more sensors. Something must have happened when the tires were changed. I will no longer use them, nor will I recommend them, especially since their response to me was "sometimes this happens, you can go buy the sensors and we will put them on for you." No thank you, there shouldn't be anything wrong with them now.... not all 4 tires going out at the same time. Most likely Burnett's pinched the sensors or something like that! I get accidents happen, but they should have owned up to their mistake. They should have better customer service otherwise I would not be writing this. There are ways to fix accidents/mistakes, but Burnett's definitely did not go out of their way to fix the problem that was caused there. And on top of that... here is the best part.... they put three of the right tires on and one wrong tire!!!!

They had also replaced the fan motor to the A/C without telling me to replace the circuit as well. So you guessed it, the current was too high and it blew rhe replaced motor for the fan. Never going back.

We needed a truck asap. Mr. Lewis, came out to meet me and told me the price of the truck. Ask me about my credit and I told him what it was around. Well they ran my credit late that afternoon. However, the weather may have delayed the report. Nevertheless, Brad and I agree that I would check back in the morning. Much to my surprise! I called Mr. Henry ,and he said" come on down for your truck." Walked in the dealership and was met by Brad. Mr. Henry was on the phone and waved me into his office. He had my interest cut by half and my payments for under $70 dollars a month cheaper than my old truck payment. He had my payments for a shorter term too. Which really help me out. We have the truck that works for us. Mr. Henry had the paperwork done in 20 minutes and the truck was ready for us to leave . For a small town feel. I recommend the drive out to Lewis Chevrolet highly. It made not be the Dallas experience. Hitting the bell and people shaking your hand you don't know and telling you that you got a great deal. I got to deal with the owner and not multiple salespeople and a finance person. Mr. Henry C. Lewis, tells you what he can do and you can take him at his word......I'm glad of my new relationship with Lewis Chevrolet. I have used him several times now. I've gone to him before with what I thought was going to be an expensive repair and he found the problem. It was something much cheaper to fix and he called and let me know. He had the opportunity to overcharge me for something I didn't need and we already had the parts for but did he was upfront and had me back on the road in no time. If you need a repair give them a call!
