Yesterday, I stopped again and said that a woman side swiped my car and damaged the side view mirror. My car was very dirty and the contact of the two vehicles had left a streak down the length of the passenger side of my car. The receptionist looked over the damage and told me there was $4500 worth of repair work. That evening I used a dry cloth and wiped down the side that was hit. THERE WERE NO MARKS visible. The streaks had only been on the dirt! The mirror was the only part impacted. Need I state more? $4500 for repairing a side mirror? Not fir this Texan.

They also price things very reasonable. Today I got a phone call from him saying I believe we buffed the spots out pretty well and the touch up paint isn't needed. He said why don't you come up here and see what I'm talking about, and you can decide if you want it painted or not, but I don't see the need. Once I got there, he showed me, and I couldn't agree more with the work. Most shops will just say in needs it to, so you spend your money, but he pretty much said you don't need to spend the $500 you thought. Talk about integrity!!!
