However severe weather had come in and did that play into them rushing their analysis. They came out told me they found nothing and they believed car would be safe to tow on Monday. We got 180 miles outside of Canton when tire blew. Please know that people put their safety in your hands and your job should be more thorough. Did storm play into quality of service received or is this common practice?

They "repaired" my wiring so badly it's a miracle my truck didn't burn to the ground…read more I and another mechanic had to refix everything they screwed up. They used my truck as a parts truck stealing parts like my spare holder, ashtray insert, a cherry bomb exhaust pipe and dropped something on my carb bending the linkage, they used a rubber pan gasket on my tranny causing it to leak, had wires dangling loose underneath disconnected, none of my gauges worked, they cut off wires at my firewall, took my cruise control system off, carb was way out of adjustment, timing off, rockers loose, so when they were done and I had already paid, it barely ran at all. A real mechanic and I are still finding fixing it. I wouldn't take a kids tricycle there! Not sure if John did that bad work himself or if it was one of his flunkies. He did offer to fix everything again if I returned but if you screw up that bad I'm not returning! I paid what he asked, gave him some parts and was nothing but nice and that's what I got.

So I had already been waiting on the side of the road for road side assistance when Casey pulled up…read moreand asked me if I needed help, I said no because I had already called for some help but he said just in case, here's my card. After waiting two hours, I decided to call and say I did need some help. Highkey grateful for that cause I got home and roadside assistance never called to say they arrived or anything, so I probably would've been stuck there still. Wouldn't have made in time to rest for my morning class, if it wasn't for him. Very quick, efficient and reliable!

I scheduled a 9:00 a.m. appointment online to have my vehicle diagnosed and receive an oil change…read more When I arrived, Justin informed me that scheduling the appointment online wasn't enough and that I also needed to call ahead. That requirement wasn't communicated during the online scheduling process, so it was confusing and frustrating. I was then told it would take 7-10 days just to diagnose my vehicle. That completely defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. I was still told it would be over a week before anyone could look at it. Your website advertises "fast and reliable service," but my experience was anything but that. Being told it takes 7-10 days just to diagnose a vehicle because there isn't enough staff is disappointing, especially for a Ford dealership. Staffing issues should not become the customer's problem after an appointment has already been scheduled. I chose your dealership because it's close to where I live, but based on this experience, your service department did not meet my expectations. Had I taken my truck to WRay Ford in Bossier, I believe the diagnosis and oil change would likely have been completed the same day

I forgot to check in the last few times I've been in, but all the guys in the service department I've dealt with are great!
