I went to get an oil change the other day and after waiting until I was next in the bay, the serviceman came to let me know they didn't have my oil. I asked if I went and bought the oil, could I be next in the bay and he confirmed that yes I would be next. I thought he was doing a great job of offering a solution to an unfortunate situation. So, I went and bought the oil and came back but the manager on duty (Yosani) said I needed to get in the back of line. I explained the situtation and he just couldn't be bothered. Needless to say, I sat in line about another hour to get the oil change. Yosani was not only arogant but really didn't seem to offer much to his team or customers as I was eagle eye focused on how the business was running (obviously short staffed) everyone was running ragged except Yosani who didn't even offer solutions when employees had questions here and there. After I calmed down, I called the GM who was nice and professional and said he would speak to the staff but never got back with me or offered anything for the mismangaement or time I wasted. I'll take my business somewhere it is wanted and appreciated. Big thumbs down!

But we heard about it after. And apparently they took a midget home because the passenger seat was hiked up insanely high. Don't trust them with your vehicle. They don't respect it at all. Who the heck knows where they went and what havoc they wrecked that will rear it's ugly head later that I'll have to pay for. I won't be stopping here and will complain to Chevrolet directly.
