This place is pretty new I have to say it's really really good. I got a green apple fruit tea I taste the tea fruit, which is refreshing. The environment is great, the decor is lovely and the service is great. And there's free WiFi! Highly recommend this place for tea. My first time here yesterday. I ordered the Rose Green tea with Boba and the Sushi Burrito. I also had the Thai tea. Their bubble teas are good but not the best I've had. It could be a bit more flavorful and sweet. On the other hand, I was blown away by their sushi burrito. They have so many options and you can customize it any way you want. I have see this around for years but don't like bubble tea too much so I passed it over. Tonight I looked at the rest of the menu on grub hub and gave it a try. I ordered both a sushi burrito with salmon and a rice bowl with spicy tuna. Both were very tasty and the ingredients were fresh. There are plenty of vegetables to choose from to go with your protein and many choices for sauces. In a similar style as Chipolte you can customize your order as you like with most things included, but some a little extra. This is a nice discovery and one that I will be trying again. Wow what a great surprise trying this place out for the first time with my daughter. Friendly folks,easy ordering and the best rice bowl I ever had. I drove all over Culver ridge plaza while my map app kept telling me "u have arrived" I drove around in there for like half an hour til I realized... its at the way far point of the plaza.. directly across from the HS facing Ridge rd. Park in front of them Amy. Good start. Yay. So I went in and I knew from past Yelp reviews that I decide what I want by picking on a sheet with all the choices. So I picked. And asked can I please just have a cup of plain black iced tea. Yes.. what do u want in it? Boba? Other things that I have no idea what they are...No. straight black iced tea. You can get that! Yay! But U'll have to shove ur giant straw into a plastic cover. It took some doing but I got a suck hole for my tea.. I got shrimp in a burrito with brown rice and a bunch of veggies and crunchie things.. with sweet chili sauce. It was delicious.. it was really more of a snack than a meal and.. as an old person would.. I kept taking bites of my wax paper wrapped burrito thinking I was eating the damn paper.. no, it was the seaweed wrapper that was the same texture as the paper. "Sigh" old person Does sushi burrito this should be entitled. It was delicious.. I've been back a second time and acted like I was a pro. .been to the tia chi in henrietta and pittsford. In the area, so tried this one. Only 2 people working. We ordered 2 bubble teas, a salad, and 2 Hawaiian tacos. My daughters salad was half the size with barely any greens, than we've gotten elsewhere. My tacos had the small shrimp, in a cold, uncooked, corn taco....tasteless and not filling. There is some inconsistency with how they are made (ie - I order basically the same thing every time - mostly it's very hot, like the jalapeños aren't deseeded, and other times not so much). First time ordering from Tai Chi Bubble Tea and I'm very happy with the food. Delivery was in less than 20 minutes. I live probably less than a mile away. Japanese food is my favorite, sushi especially. I was unsure of ordering. I decided on the two proteins rice bowl with pickled radish, pickled ginger, cilantro, massago and seaweed salad with shrimp and spicy tuna. I really enjoyed all the flavors! My favorites in a rice bowl. The rice was warm and slightly sweet. I choose eel sauce since unagi is one of my favorites but I hardly used it, I was happy with the bowl as it was without the sauce. Really enjoyed how all the flavors melded. Love how healthy it is. I will definitely order from there again. I'm looking forward to trying the smoothies and fruit drinks. read more

SO glad they have a location in Irondequoit!! Their poke bowl, sushi burrito, taro milk tea, mango milk tea, and strawberry kiwi green tea were DELICIOUS!! Their thai milk tea was a little too strong, but not bad. I recommend getting a large sized drink because we finished our small sized drinks way too fast. This used to be my favorite restaurant to visit when I get my hair cut down the street. I had met the owner and he was super nice. Apparently they wanted to change their pricing without updating their menus....When you menu states that a price is $8.99, you charge $8.99 if someone brings it up. The lady started yelling at me that they changed the price....so if you change the price, then change the menu or at least warn me when I'm placing my order before you check me out. If you are waiting for menu's to arrive, then don't charge more if someone brings it up. Unbelievable attitude from one of my favorite restaurants chains. I don't know who this lady is but she's driven me away from my regular visits. read more

I ordered a small smoothie but added extra bobas and requested they put it in a large cup so I would still get the same amount of smoothie- when I arrived to pick up my drink they told me they couldn't do that and proceeded to pore my drink into a smaller cup and then put what was left over to the side with a straw. I didn't pay $5.50 for someone else to enjoy my smoothie. Won't return just because of the poor customer service. read more
