Due to the amount of time it was going to take, she placed me into a loaner and sent me on my way. Communication with the dealer and Nissan USA was excellent. My car had lots of updates and fingers crossed that all is well. I'm a diehard Lexus guy, but this experience left me with a great feeling that Nissan is truly wanting to do the right thing. Kudos to Leith Nissan for hiring and retaining such fine people as Wendy C. Keep up the great work folks!

None of the fancy special features were explained to me. I had to take my BRAND NEW Kicks in for service 5 times! They kept insisting it was a settings issue and I just wasn't doing it right. On the 5th visit, they finally contacted Nissan Tech Support and were told it was a "known issue," and not the issue they thought. If it's a known issue, why didn't they know? Why did it take 5 trips (and lots of missed work hours for me) to find this? And the solution? I was told to take it in periodically to see if the software patch was ready. No estimate on when. No other way to check except by taking it in. I wish I'd bought a different car altogether. And I'll never take it to that dealership for service. I'd rather drive farther away than to deal with them. I'm only giving them one star because 0 isn't an option.

On dialing, you're forced to…read moretalk to a robot/phone tree that ultimately couldn't complete the booking and routed me to the front desk. Generally unhelpful experience with the front desk throughout this experience. I finally get routed back to the Service Department and am assisted by Matt Davis. He confirms my appointment and takes the time to explain what situation would warrant a rental car and assures me there will be transportation arranged to get me to work. I show for my appointment the next morning, Matt checks me in, gets my vehicle in line, and arranges an Uber through a ride share program (incredibly helpful!), and gives me a timeline for when I'll hear back about my vehicle. Around 3pm, I receive an email from my technician walking through why my car through the code and how they remedied. I picked my car up at the end of the day and Matt had run my vehicle through the car wash. Overall great experience and it's a relief to have a place and people I know I can trust to bring my car in a time of need.

Said they felt bad so they would deliver the truck to me, that never happened. My paper work literally said ATTENTION FLOWERS hand written on their copy, my guess is that meant take care of him because we have done so bad up til this point and they still made me pay for repairs (reason I'm surprised is it is a certified preowned I bought 20 days ago). It was only $300 so I'm not tripping but what a joke. It's not about the money but principle. This world has become full of bad actors and people who don't deserve what they have. HENDRICK do Cary a favor and shut down these horrendous dealerships and just stick to racing!! Thanks for your attention to this matter -DJT

Since I drove 2/1/2 hours to see the car I didn't know a local mechanic. Before the trip Jose assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I trailered the car home the first night the car alarm was triggered multiple times. I took the car to a Land Rover mechanic the next morning. He said the car should have never passed inspection. He found the rear door latch was bad, someone wedged a piece of metal in the hood latch to keep that sensor from tripping. The vehicle had been wrecked and not reported and the front sensor was damaged. So far I am out of pocket $1,300.00 in 48 hours. Beware Jose only cares about a sale and does not stand by his product. Z-Auto is also at fault for a fraudulent NC inspection.

I took it on a long trip to NY with absolutely no issues. The car was in incredibly good shape inside and out for a late model. I mean, any car can be a lemon or have problems after a sale/purchase (especially late models) but I really think TMS tries hard to source from quality local dealer trade-ins (not auctions). Nothing is guaranteed but we both got lucky with this specific car. Given the pre-owned car market the price was firm but very fair and no "extra" BS charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid the day I came to pick it up. Overall great experience.

Long story short - if you're looking for a used car and you want a good deal with no BS, go to…read morethese guys. Now the full story: I was in the market for a used Ionic 5, and I first drove one at Echo Park Automotive in Cary, NC. However, when my husband and I were ready to buy, they didn't have one, so I went to someone else (who, for the time being will remain nameless because we're still in the midst of a disagreement). The car came with an adapter, which I thought was for the Ionic so that I could use it with a Tesla supercharger, but it turned out it was the wrong part. It was for a Tesla to use other types of chargers - so wrong way around. Turns out there was no aftermarket source for them, so I was left with either throwing it away (super wasteful) or giving it to someone who could use it. I was determined NOT to take it back to the arseholes that I bought the car from, so I took it to Echo Park with the intention of just giving it to them for someone who buys a Tesla from them so the part wouldn't go to waste. When I explained the situation to Tyler, he took my number and told me that they would order the right part for me and call me when it came in. WHAT?????!!!!! I didn't even buy a car from them and they're offering to help me with a $250 part????? WOAH! Needless to say; next time I need a car, I'll wait a month so I can buy my car of choice from these guys. In short....THEY ROCK

Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, the experience was unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time. When I checked in, I was simply told to have a seat and that my salesperson would be with me shortly. My father accompanied me, and we waited for approximately 20 minutes without any updates or acknowledgment, despite having a scheduled appointment. There was no communication regarding the delay or any effort to explain what was happening. The most frustrating part of the experience was watching my assigned salesperson begin assisting another family while I was still waiting. At that point, it became clear that my appointment was not being honored and that my business was not valued. I chose to leave and decided not to purchase the vehicle. As someone who was fully prepared to buy a car that evening, this experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for a customer's time is unacceptable. I cannot recommend EchoPark based on the way I was treated.

I have never written a review until now, but the experience at Johnson's Subaru, Cary was by far the most outstanding in every aspect! Sales associate 'Marlon Green' was a warm, friendly, and extremely accommodating individual. The finance person, Evan Ruggiero, put the icing on the cake. All in all, my experience was above 100% positive! The dealership was welcoming and their 'facilities' were pristine. BEST PRICES IN A 200 MILE RADIUS! I drove 3 hours and 12 minutes to get there and obviously, I'm thrilled with all aspects of my transaction. I would encourage anyone in the pursuit of a Subaru to definitely go to JOHNSON'S CARY SUBARU!!

I have a family member who got their most recent vehicle from Johnson Subaru so I thought I'd give it a chance. Godfrey is a great sales rep, he asked about my budget and what my preferences were. And he worked within those parameters. I wound up purchasing a Crosstrek. It's my first Subaru, but 3 weeks later, I'm pleased with it and I hope it will last me for the next decade. Also props for having a well stocked snack area, comfortable chairs, a quiet room, and good Wi-Fi.
