However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.

I had been in contact with Bob the whole time and felt like I was transparent with my intentions. We bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from these folks and have had nothing but trouble ever since. We paid $17,500 to them on a Sunday night for the Jeep, drove it an hour down the road to a hotel, got up the next morning and it had all kinds of warning lights on. I called them and they said "hey you bought it as is and you didn't buy the 499 dollar 90 day warranty". They put it in the contract that they would pay to have the seat fixed and the heater control replaced. They finally said they would buy the parts for the other stuff that needed fixed but we would have to pay for it to be repaired. We took it to a local shop (we live 5 hours away) that they picked, that shop gave them and me the estimate for repairs. Adam didn't want to pay for new parts so he said he would get a used seat and have it shipped out. One month and two days after we left their lot, they sent their driver over with a seat. It was loaded down with stains and was nasty. Adam said the shop would just swap out the internal parts. Our appointment for the shop is Monday morning, I just sat down on the seat to check it, it doesn't work either so I called, they told me they would talk to Adam and get back with me Monday morning, you know, when it's supposed to be in the shop. We paid these people a lot of money for this vehicle and they are doing everything they can to not stand behind their product. If they will conduct business this way with the National Directors of a public charity how do you think they'll treat you. I absolutely cannot recommend any person on a fixed budget to do any business with Auto Depot of Raleigh.

When it showed up for sale it was advertised as only having 1 key fob. So strange that key fobs are "mishandled" considering how expensive they are. Besides that, the car I acquired had a bad battery and the tires were significantly out of balance. I discovered the bad battery the 1st day I had the car at home and needed to jump start it. Took it to my local Chevy dealer who diagnosed a bad battery. Carvana needs to improve their inspections/reviews of the cars they sell. They could also do a much better job prepping the cars for delivery. The prep job on mine was not professional at all.
