However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.

We'd arrived around 5pm, and it took nearly two hours to be seen, to complete said paperwork. It was at this point things really went to s***. By the time we were seen the office was closing. An employee entered our income information incorrectly, significantly lower than it is.. which nullified the previous qualification. Once we'd realized the issue, we were told it'd be corrected within a few hours and we'd hear back soon to move forward with down payment etc. We NEVER HEARD BACK. Multiple emails, calls... nothing. I had a friend call since the calls from my number were getting ignored, and he told them that he'd emailed us back, that we'd have to sell one of our other cars (????) to make a purchase with them. Just a lot of random very incorrect info. This has been incredibly frustrating, and so much unnecessary back and forth. Dave and I both were very impressed not only with the condition of the vehicles we looked at, but the lot itself is CLEAN, spacious and nicely organized. We were literally passing Murphy, headed to another dealer with check in hand, decided to stop in. 24 hours later, I'm driving off the lot with our new, immaculate Murano that's loaded with useful features, chrome wheels & running boards, super spacious cargo, backup system, dual AC, key-less ignition and entry ... I could go on! To make it even better, just going on our word (and the auto-check in our hand that needed to be switched out in the morning), Michael pulled it off the line and made sure it was just right. He saw a pressure indicator light and had it fixed and also replaced the wipers on my request. He even stayed late both nights just to entertain and take care of us. When we were introduced to the owner at the closing, Dave told him how happy we were with Michael. When we initially walked on the lot, Michael gave us some time, DIDN'T pounce on us like fresh meat... happily approached us with consideration and a genuine air about him that made us comfortable. He asked what we were looking for. Dave gave him a few of our wishes and we were led directly to the Murano. Michael had owned one before so he was able to quickly point out things we wouldn't have known about at first glance. So that was helpful. Basically.... What I'm telling you... If you ever find yourself in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle... PLEASE do yourself a favor... Go see them FIRST! You won't be disappointed!

I was sold a horrible vehicle that is completely unsafe and was knowingly put on the Raleigh lot even though Dan knew that it had a death wobble. This jeep has been an absolute nightmare, out of two weeks. I've only had the car for maybe five days because apparently Travis at Sunoco was fixing it which he did not fix.. I would like this entire purchase canceled, I no longer want a vehicle. It is unsafe. I was knowingly sold a car that Dan himself drove and felt the wobble months ago. I cannot believe you guys do business this way. I'm debating going to the local news station because I could've been killed on the highway today when this did this at 72 miles an hour and I had to slam on the brakes to stop the violent wobbling and get off the highway. Even with the cosmetic adjustments that were needed with the decals on the steering wheel and the door locks, the car ran great and had very low miles for a 2012. The dealers allowed me to take the car to my mechanic for a buyer's inspection and it passed with flying colors. The dealers and I made a contract that after I purchased the 2012 Mercedes C300 4Matic, all the decals would be replaced in about three weeks when the parts came in. Well, three weeks later I got a phone call that I could bring my car in for the decals to be replaced and THEY LOOK OUTSTANDING!! I am very SATISFIED with my car and would recommend anyone to go there for their first, second, or third car. The dealers are very honest, knowledgeable, caring, and meticulous about the work.

We bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from these folks and have had nothing but trouble ever since. We paid $17,500 to them on a Sunday night for the Jeep, drove it an hour down the road to a hotel, got up the next morning and it had all kinds of warning lights on. I called them and they said "hey you bought it as is and you didn't buy the 499 dollar 90 day warranty". They put it in the contract that they would pay to have the seat fixed and the heater control replaced. They finally said they would buy the parts for the other stuff that needed fixed but we would have to pay for it to be repaired. We took it to a local shop (we live 5 hours away) that they picked, that shop gave them and me the estimate for repairs. Adam didn't want to pay for new parts so he said he would get a used seat and have it shipped out. One month and two days after we left their lot, they sent their driver over with a seat. It was loaded down with stains and was nasty. Adam said the shop would just swap out the internal parts. Our appointment for the shop is Monday morning, I just sat down on the seat to check it, it doesn't work either so I called, they told me they would talk to Adam and get back with me Monday morning, you know, when it's supposed to be in the shop. We paid these people a lot of money for this vehicle and they are doing everything they can to not stand behind their product. If they will conduct business this way with the National Directors of a public charity how do you think they'll treat you. I absolutely cannot recommend any person on a fixed budget to do any business with Auto Depot of Raleigh.
