On 3JUL2026, we had picked up our vehicle and upon the ride back to our home we noticed something severely wrong with the tires of being unstable. Immediately informed Carvana and got in touch with silver rock. They referred us to Firestone which the next day the balance and alignment were fine and couldn't find the issue. Called silver rock again and allowed us by referral to be seen at the dealership. At 0900, after my husband completed his procedure at the hospital, we believed this was a simple process. This vehicle was being sold with bad tires and it is not our fault. To our complete surprise, we were at the dealer for over 5 hours, being informed it may be over 24 hours for a decision, being told you may need to exchange (I told them I'm happy with the vehicle why is the option for exchange is it because you don't want to cover new tires??) the tires were considered undriveable and safety hazard. That is a question upon selling your vehicle about tires in which Carvana failed to identify. We were extremely frustrated and it took the Volvo service tech and manager stating "you should do better these customers have been here over 5 hours". Ultimately it was finally approved but both my wife and I were on the phones from being hung up on to just wait (this is close to closing time for the dealer). We were told to get possibly a rental in which they did not have and this is our primary vehicle for the family!!! I have bought 3 other vehicles with Carvana without issue to include working with silver rock with absolutely no issues. This is the FIRST time to go through this process and makes me doubt the efficiency and care to really take a look of vehicles being sold to making them available to sell. Safety hazard could have been life altering in which we had no idea. The entire 7 days were used to fix this issue! I was disconnected a few times from silver rock cause there were no explanation and honestly no sense of urgency to resolve knowing we were waiting that long. I am extremely disappointed with this vehicle purchase and truly silver rocks process of resolution. I am thankful we did not get the warranty for purchase and may be our last to buy from Carvana giving how we were handled. read more

If I need better understanding, I just request for someone to give me a call, and they would call and walk me through the process. We had an 8:30 PM appointment and arrived at 8:00 PM. We got completely ignored until 9:10 PM. Even after someone finally acknowledged us, we were left waiting another 20 minutes with no other customers in the store and multiple staff (none of which were at the front desk for the entire duration of our stay). Throughout this The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy was honestly shocking. If this is how they treat scheduled appointments, I can't imagine how they handle anything more complicated. Would not recommend this location at all. read more

About a month ago I sold my vehicle through Carvana and it was a near perform experience. 5 stars. Mor recently , I purchased a vehicle through them. This was more burdensome, with clearly unnecessary steps along the way. But now that I am paying off the loan, they have passed me off the Bridgecrest Finance, who has a 1.2 customer rating with BBB and a 1 07 rating with Trustpilot, with hundreds of recent, unaddressed customer complaints. They don't inspect cars as they say they do. I found the ORIGINAL air filter in a car bought with 51,000 miles. Found out later from my mechanic that the car had been in a major accident that was undisclosed. I understand that Carfax is spotty, but a simple inspection would have showed this. The clearly don't put in the attention that they claim. Either buy elsewhere or have your mechanic thoroughly check it out. In short, don't give them any more trust than you would a questionable used car dealer. read more

The car I acquired was advertised as having 2 key fobs. Only 1 was delivered to me. The car I traded in to Carvana had 2 key fobs. When it showed up for sale it was advertised as only having 1 key fob. So strange that key fobs are "mishandled" considering how expensive they are. Besides that, the car I acquired had a bad battery and the tires were significantly out of balance. I discovered the bad battery the 1st day I had the car at home and needed to jump start it. Took it to my local Chevy dealer who diagnosed a bad battery. Carvana needs to improve their inspections/reviews of the cars they sell. Not knowing your business model was "buy by phone only" I was totally turned off by the employee at the store. Absolutely unhelpful. After my wife calmed me down, we began the process. I only persevered because Carvana had a good inventory of the specific car I was looking for. Shortly after the car arrived to the house. The delivery driver was the exact opposite of the employee I initially met. Happy, energized, friendly, and totally professional. She unloaded the new car,inspected the trade in, loaded the trade, completed all the paperwork and was on the way! Since I was able to get the car I really wanted I was satisfied but the delivery was so pleasant she erased my initial unhelpful contact. Carvana has an online process for selling your vehicle that is fast and very easy to use. Once they quoted me a price. I set up an appointment to deliver my car to them. During that process I photocopied some pertinent information (title, odometer reading, etc.) After that I was ready to go. My vehicle was over 20 years old but had low mileage and was very-well-cared for. (I was the original owner). So, I was very happy that Carvana gave me a much better price than their competitors. And someone will be getting a great used car! On delivery, they inspected my vehicle, gave me a check and I was ready to leave within 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend Carvana. read more

You can give them a VIN for your trade-in and get an instant value and choose what you want to do. You can set up your exact finance details online in 5 minutes. You can send the bill of sale directly to your local credit union where you are already approved and have financing settled in a day exactly the way you want. My vehicle showed up as promised and they took my trade in as promised and I controlled the whole process from beginning to end from my home and never had to haggle with anyone. No pretending to walk out multiple times, no playing 4 square with a sales rep, no up sales on air freshener warranties, none of that bullshit. read more

One of the easiest and best car buying experiences I've ever had. I got to look at cars all week from my phone online versus going into a dealership. There was nobody trying to pressure you into buying a car and they don't call you over and over again like a dealership does! The prices were great and ordering the car online was super easy and quick! The car had a couple minor imperfections listed online but when I got the car I couldn't see anything wrong at all! I made my appointment to pick it up in Raleigh (I live down the street). The office is super nice and cozy! Tons of places to sit and very clean! I was helped immediately- signed a few papers and they made copies for me. We went out to look at the car and he asked me if I had any questions while I looked over it. Car was detailed and very clean and smelled wonderful! The gas tank was half full (they tell you this in the paperwork you sign online when buying the car) so I'm not sure why people are acting surprised (they obviously didn't read the contracts they were signing). Took the car within my 7 days to get a pre purchase inspection and everything checked out! Everyone said I got a great deal (2016 honda crv with ONLY 50k miles!) Car runs smoothe, works great and I love the keyless entry and push to start! This car is better than my last CRV! I am super happy.
