A few different companies needed me to bring my vehicle to them to physically inspect my vehicle in order to give me a purchase price . I decided to take my car to Toyota & carmax. Toyota gave me an offer but when I brought it in like scheduled the manager wouldn't even see me and told a sales rep to tell me that he's no longer interested. I decided to go 5 miles to carmax who gave me an offer in an hour. after that I decided to sell to carvana who offered the most to purchase my vehicle without even looking at it. the only stipulation was if I lied about the descripti and or there was issues then the price would go down. I brought it in, they accepted the at full purchase price, they sent the money to me within 48 hours and paid off the within 3 to 5 business days. It was a very quick and easy process and I would do business with them again.

We found a used Volvo that we liked online, made an appointment to see it and from the minute we walked in until we traded in our car and bought the Volvo was under 3 hours. Unfortunately, the car we liked had a dead battery but this was handled easily by our sales person, Johnathan. We arrived with financing in hand but honestly, CarMax offered a lower rate and better terms overall. Our car had one minor issue and we received a work order and it will be taught care of this week. Showroom was clean, our sales person was wonderful and the finance lady was great, too! We had a good experience here.

Thankfully, Mercedes-Benz of Durham actually took the time to properly diagnose it. The issue was simply the A/C compressor -- covered under factory warranty. They replaced it, and everything is working perfectly. It's extremely concerning that Raleigh could recommend $22,000 worth of repairs without even properly diagnosing the actual problem. After this experience, I seriously question the quality of their service and will not be returning.

After a pleasant conversation, how often can you say that about talking to a dealership we headed down to the lot to get an offer on the car. We got to the lot and 30 minutes later we left with with a check. No haggling went on, no back and forth, they made a fair offer straight away and we accepted. We sold a car in 30 minutes and left with a check that we were pleased with. If you are looking to sell a car if you do not at least give Hollingsworth an opportunity you may just be missing out.

However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.
