When it showed up for sale it was advertised as only having 1 key fob. So strange that key fobs are "mishandled" considering how expensive they are. Besides that, the car I acquired had a bad battery and the tires were significantly out of balance. I discovered the bad battery the 1st day I had the car at home and needed to jump start it. Took it to my local Chevy dealer who diagnosed a bad battery. Carvana needs to improve their inspections/reviews of the cars they sell. They could also do a much better job prepping the cars for delivery. The prep job on mine was not professional at all.

We arrived with financing in hand but honestly, CarMax offered a lower rate and better terms overall. Our car had one minor issue and we received a work order and it will be taught care of this week. I live in Fayetteville, so making the commute for service appointments is already an inconvenience. Both times I scheduled my oil change appointments in advance; I specifically asked whether a loaner vehicle would be available for a few hours while my car was being serviced. On both occasions, I was told that loaners are not offered for something as simple as an oil change. However, when I arrived for my appointments, I noticed several customers who came in at the same time I did were offered loaner vehicles. Meanwhile, I was left waiting at the dealership for nearly three hours for a routine oil change, without being offered a courtesy shuttle or transportation option. This is my second Lexus, so I'm very familiar with the level of customer service. To make matters worse, the dealership bathrooms have consistently been filthy. During my first visit, one of the bathrooms flooded, and housekeeping walked past the issue multiple times before addressing it. On the second visit, the bathrooms were again dirty shortly after opening at 9:30 a.m. Needless to say, based on my experiences with the service department, I will not be purchasing another Lexus in the future.
