When it showed up for sale it was advertised as only having 1 key fob. So strange that key fobs are "mishandled" considering how expensive they are. Besides that, the car I acquired had a bad battery and the tires were significantly out of balance. I discovered the bad battery the 1st day I had the car at home and needed to jump start it. Took it to my local Chevy dealer who diagnosed a bad battery. Carvana needs to improve their inspections/reviews of the cars they sell. They could also do a much better job prepping the cars for delivery. The prep job on mine was not professional at all.

However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.

My sales guys Corey was super low-pressure and helpful, did most of the upfront paperwork/quotes to a great price. Then it took an hour or two to finalize/sign off on the contract with the finance manager and get the vehicle ready. So maybe an hour visit to test drive, another couple of hours to do the paperwork and I was done. There was no back and forth, the final price out the door was excellent and everyone was super chill here. I purchased a 2009 BMW 335i from RDU Auto a couple of months ago. Since then, lots of issue have been popping up on the vehicle. I have driven this vehicle less than 1000 miles. The first thing that I noticed after purchase is that one of the tires is damaged and needed a plug. Next, this vehicle has tint on it that would absolutely under no circumstances pass an NC state inspection. How did they get this vehicle to pass with the tint? Hmmmm....... Next up, the driver side rear window regulator broke the very first time I lowered it. A very basic inspection would have caught this issue, but I guess we don't do those....... And the big one. After about a month of driving, the car suddenly stopped making boost completely. I get a half-engine light when the car nears 3000rpm. This issue has been diagnosed as a wastegate issue which will cost me near a grand to fix. On top of this, I was accused multiple times of trading in a vehicle with major issues. If the vehicle would have had any issues, I would have just kept it myself and fixed it. They inspected and drove the vehicle before quoting me a trade-in value, which I agreed on. How were there suddenly issues after the car was traded in? Why did their inspection not catch whatever issues they thought my trade-in had? If you buy a car here, I highly recommend making sure you have a certified mechanic inspect the vehicle ahead of time. I was naive for thinking that the place that I worked at wouldn't sell me a lemon, but here I am with almost $2000 in estimates to fix preexisting issues.
