Michael was very kind, funny, considerate and knowledgeable. Dave and I both were very impressed not only with the condition of the vehicles we looked at, but the lot itself is CLEAN, spacious and nicely organized. We were literally passing Murphy, headed to another dealer with check in hand, decided to stop in. 24 hours later, I'm driving off the lot with our new, immaculate Murano that's loaded with useful features, chrome wheels & running boards, super spacious cargo, backup system, dual AC, key-less ignition and entry ... I could go on! To make it even better, just going on our word (and the auto-check in our hand that needed to be switched out in the morning), Michael pulled it off the line and made sure it was just right. He saw a pressure indicator light and had it fixed and also replaced the wipers on my request. He even stayed late both nights just to entertain and take care of us. When we were introduced to the owner at the closing, Dave told him how happy we were with Michael. When we initially walked on the lot, Michael gave us some time, DIDN'T pounce on us like fresh meat... happily approached us with consideration and a genuine air about him that made us comfortable. He asked what we were looking for. Dave gave him a few of our wishes and we were led directly to the Murano. Michael had owned one before so he was able to quickly point out things we wouldn't have known about at first glance. So that was helpful. Basically.... What I'm telling you... If you ever find yourself in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle... PLEASE do yourself a favor... Go see them FIRST! You won't be disappointed!

I was after exactly what this car is: a 2015 Kia Soul, about 200,000 miles, listed at $3,988, to…read moreteach my teenager to drive in. Not a long-term car, just a good first beater, and I was happy to pay the advertised price for it. Cash buyer, aiming for a simple deal around $4,000 out the door. Asked about wiggle room. Salesman said he'd "knock off $1,000." I figured he misspoke and meant $100 or so, since a grand off a sub-$4,000 car was never realistic, and I was right to be skeptical: the price only dropped to $3,900, about $88 off. Then came a $998 "Murphy's Law Protection Package" that's pre-installed so you can't refuse it, plus an $899 doc fee. Out-the-door quote: about $5,100. Real NC title and tax on that car is around $200. A thousand-dollar package and a near-$900 fee on a 200,000-mile car is the part that didn't add up. The kicker: their own ad slide lists "Up Front Pricing" as the first thing they promise, on the same image that discloses the $998 add-on that isn't in the sticker price. I called back to confirm and they stood by the $5,100 and the $899 doc fee. Get the full itemized out-the-door number in writing before you go. The advertised price is not the price.

The check engine light came on the very next day, and within a week, I was facing a $2,500 repair bill. I've only had the car for two weeks. I trusted the owner and explained that I needed a reliable vehicle for my son since our current one already had issues. He reassured me that this was a good, dependable car -- but now I'm left with two vehicles that both have problems. I've tried reaching out and even went by the shop to get a resolution, but haven't received any help or response.

Paid him CASH 6500 for the 2009 Murano and an additional 700 dollars for taxes and title, which I thought was a bit much. Car was back in his shop two days later leaking power steering fluid. All he did was fill the car with more power steering fluid. 3 days later the same problem occurred. Was told to take the car to Grecham Lake repair shop and was charged $492 for repair. Owner agreed to pay part which was only $50 that I still haven't received. These ppl don't stand by their word and didn't care that the car needed major repairs. The engine light is on now because the catalytic converter is shot. So much for customer service. WARNING. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They ripped me off big time and will not make good on their word.

There was a good bit of back and forth with even cooperate being brought into the discussion. But I am pleased to say that after I wrote a negative review to Mazda and Yelp the Service Manager, Todd Driver, finally got involved and agreed that the right thing to do was to cover the repair. So, I am rescinding everything I wrote previously about the issue because when the actual Service Manager got involved it was satisfactorily resolved. Thank you, Todd!!!

While standing at the service desk at the Greensboro location yesterday (7/21/26) I learned the maintenance package was only for the Raleigh location. When I got the car, in June 2025 I knew I was leaving Raleigh and 3 mos later in Sept 2025 I left Raleigh. Thus I would have never accepted that package Had I BEEN INFORMED. Upon learning I could NOT use my package for the appointment I had in Greensboro, I immediately called the Raleigh location to request that they pay for this one oil change this one time so that I could get the service done and then figure out the situation later. The finance manager rudely refused. I left a message for the sales manager, Scott, he never called me back. I also left a message for the general manager Brian and he also never called me back. I would stay away from this location. Be smart with your money Given the entire leadership team of the Raleigh location refused to help me, I called their Customer Experience line while standing at the desk in the Greensboro location, which turned out to be fantastic because they GIFTED me quite a SIZE-ABLE e-gift of several hundred dollars to be used for future Mazda services including my visit that day. If you find yourself in a position where you need help this is who you want to call 800-222-5500.
