They sold me a lemon. I got a 2018 Hyundai Sonata from them that apparently already had a bad engine before I even got to enjoy it. Having to add oil to my engine every few days because that's how quickly oil is burning . So be very careful believing that they will sell you a nice car because after you sign that contract, they will leave you completely hanging . They told me to come back several times, taking months saying they were "working on the issue and they never did. My last visit to the establishment, one of the guys called me a hood, rat, and a lot of disrespectful names and also threaten to call the police on me, all because I'm upset that they sold me a faulty car. very unprofessional. I am a young woman being scolded at and yelled at by grown men that are selling bad cars on their car lot?! I wish someone would've warned me about the reputation of this place but if you see this for review, just take it as a heads up and know that you're playing Russian roulette with choosing a car from this lot. if you're a woman, please take a man with you because I'm sure if you have a man with you they will not show you their true colors and be as disrespectful as they were to me. There was sexual harassment when I bought the car and disrespect when I wouldn't let them get away with selling me a car with a bad engine. I forgot the chubby ones name with the spiky hair, he is the disrespectful one that likes to talk about women. He isn't even the one that sold me my car, but was very quick to disrespect me. I also discovered that they take their cars to a garage close by in the city that exchange the car parts with faulty car parts and they get their mechanic to make things appear as though everything is fine even if it isn't. So you think everything is good when you drive the car off the lot even probably while your test driving it, but give it about a month or two to really find out if they are serious problems with your car that they probably already knew about. read more
