    I wish I could leave zero stars. After not even 3 months of having my car, I started having issues. Every sensor that could be on came on after a few drives with the car. I didn't think much of it until the car started to constantly overheat. After $1200 the car still wouldn't drive properly. Come to find out the head gasket might be blown which is an additional $1500-$2000 job. I'm a single mom with a special needs child. I've made my car payment on time since having the car. I was in a rough situation and they knew that. I feel like I was taken advantage of. After calling 3-4 times it still doesn't seem to be a concern for them so I decided to hire an attorney. I've given them two weeks to try and make this right or work with the loan holder to get me into a new vehicle and work with my loan. They haven't. So I obviously have to take other measures. Overall, I've spent $150 in Uber/Lyft fees and $1200 in pointless repairs due to their negligence. I understand that not all cars aren't guaranteed but this is absolutely horrendous.

I bought a car paid in full, and still have yet to receive the title to the car. This man tried to tell me it was my responsibility to go to DMV pay EXTRA MONEY to get the title because HE LOST IT. When I asked him why I had to do it, he got very irate and hung up in my face. He told me it wasn't his job to get my title even though he was the one who lost it! on top of that tries to tell me that I had it and gave it to the DMV when I registered the car! EVEN THOUGH I NEVER HAD IT. This place is not good for business, do not. I repeat!!! Do not go here. You don't want to do business with them. He will scam you!

Wendy and Paul are 2 of the worst human beings I've ever met in my entire life and I would discourage anyone from buying a car from that scrap heap

    Starting off it was okay. But trading my nice Nissan in for this new one is the worst mistake ever…read more. I ended up getting a Nissan pathfinder because of the space for the kids that I have. Within the first /second week regardless of how minor the issue was to them it was a big issue for me because guess who's paying it for me. Basically to sum it up I had to keep or they wanted me to keep bringing my car back-and-forth when the stuff was going on my car and I told him that's unacceptable I had two kids I don't have the time of day to keep coming up there. Especially when I text you or send you videos of what's going on with the vehicle. So finally when they were able to do some thing I guess he thought he was doing something really sweet and nice about giving me a loaner. I guess you can say that But that neither here or there. To me it's customer service you choose this business I would expect you to go out your way. Especially when I brought it up before it hit 30days. like I expressed to them it would've been different if I waited after 30 days but I didn't. Anyway the first time when I switched all my stuff out my car thank you Greg. & sorry that your boss was yelling At you because you were not in the wrong whatsoever and you and I know the conversation that we had about the stuff that needed to be done to the car that you wrote down and then he wanted to go back to you and be in your face talking like he wasn't wrong. anyway the first car that was brought to me the car didn't even start and it was in ridiculous and in bad condition I wouldn't even drive it sorry couldn't even drive it. Then I was given another one which is a little bit smaller than what I purchased from them but doable I guess if that's what you wanna call it. Then my husband had gotten a black range rover that they have on the lot which I will not get because the panel is coming off and I guess the suspension something was wrong with that but he supposedly said he fixed it but that panel part they might've just put some glue up there just to slap it back down so of course.So if it starts lifting up don't say I didn't tell you. Nobody's wants be paying a $500 Car Note wit's shit that's wrong with it I get that we're not gonna fix everything but at the same time come on now you can do a little bit better with fixing up your damn cars before you sell again. I don't care how small it is to you Or how much you think it cost nobody wants to put down that much money just to be getting into something else that they had to put more money into it having to pay. Then he got upset because I didn't put gas back in the car when I didn't even get enough gas to start with the loaner. At the end of the day we got a huge argument and he felt as though he could talk to his customers any type of way. Wrong not this couple. I don't care how mad he was what he was upset about you're not gonna come incorrect to me or mine . So I told him he needs to go to his office sit down regroup when he calms down to come out and talk. Nobody's gonna hear you out while you're upset so he thought it was OK to come out his mouth sideways and he got checked. I dont care if he liked it or not and that's just that but I definitely would not recommend getting anything else from here. trust and believe I will be out your way sooner than you think. Then again everybody has their own opinions and their own experiences.
