This place was a complete nightmare. I brought my car in to get my passenger window fixed after it…read morewas busted out, and somehow they managed to create even more problems. After the repair, my passenger door no longer opened from the inside, my speaker started crackling, and eventually the window stopped working completely. For almost a month I kept getting told to come back because parts weren't ready or they "didn't know what was wrong." In the end, they removed the window, covered it with plastic, couldn't fix the speaker, wasted a huge amount of my time, and left me with more damage than I came in with. To make matters worse, it rained for the entire next week and I had no window. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and terrible workmanship. Please do not take your car here you'll regret it.

After receiving no texts or calls regarding their ETA, I called again at 4:36 PM. The person on the phone told me that they had come and I was not there, which is impossible. I also got absolutely no texts or calls saying that they were 30-45 minutes away. I waited all day for this, and my car inspection is next week, which I now will not pass because of my lack of windshield repair. I am angry and disappointed with this failure of a company's service today.

Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

I showed the receptionist and the technician my appointment message and was explained my car will be completed today. I handed the technician my key and Uber back to work. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. I chose this place because in a previous Yelp review the car owner said his tint was within the regulation and Shade Custom Tint told him to take his car to another inspection place. So just in case the inspection place I went to was blowing smoke I figured I'd go here because they're obviously honest. The cost for the tint removal was about $40 less than other places I called. They were fast and communicative so I'd highly recommend this company. They have an after hours key drop off which I appreciated too.
