However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.

After a pleasant conversation, how often can you say that about talking to a dealership we headed down to the lot to get an offer on the car. We got to the lot and 30 minutes later we left with with a check. No haggling went on, no back and forth, they made a fair offer straight away and we accepted. We sold a car in 30 minutes and left with a check that we were pleased with. If you are looking to sell a car if you do not at least give Hollingsworth an opportunity you may just be missing out.

They even scan your vehicle as you pull in and can read things like tire tread life. My advisor was personable and they arranged a shuttle home, so the experience started off strong. Unfortunately the communication quickly fell apart. I brought my new truck in Friday at 8:15am for several warranty concerns. Around 1pm I texted my advisor for a status update since he said he should have one around lunch. I also explained that if the truck needed to stay overnight I would need to arrange alternate transportation. He replied that the tech had the truck and he would confirm the status. Never once saying he was not going to be working the weekend. After that, I received no response despite multiple follow ups that afternoon. When I called Saturday morning I was told that because my advisor was not working that day, no one could provide an update because advisors do not share notes or account access. I was also told the truck was not being worked on since that team was off. Because of this I had to rush to get a rental car out of pocket. When I later asked about reimbursement, I was told it would not be covered because I did not rent a GMC vehicle. When I picked up the truck the problems continued. Tools were left in my vehicle, part of my console was still in the floorboard, and my charging ports were no longer working. I had to return again to have those fixed. I was also told a noise I reported was "just road noise." But I had noticed my truck was not even driven a mile to observe the issue. After continuing to hear it, I took the truck to another GMC service center. They quickly diagnosed the real issue. The rear differential bearings are failing and need to be replaced. Their technician told me that any mechanic who had actually driven the truck would have noticed the sound immediately. The scheduling and intake experience were great, but the lack of communication and the service follow through were extremely disappointing. I will gladly drive an additional 20 mins to my second dealership I went it.

I was the…read morelast car of the day for them - they didn't even start until 4:30p and they stayed until almost 8pm (without complaining once) to make sure every last little detail was covered - which is saying a lot since my car was covered in "shotgun tar." My car has never looked better! Nick was the contact person. He made it easy to schedule an appointment; he actually called when an earlier appointment date became available; they arrived promptly and on time; and he followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was good. Today, August 6, 2026 I was informed that my engine air filter was missing. I.e. they made a MAJOR…read moremistake during my April 22nd visit, & never put my engine air filter back in, before sending me on my way. I am now left with $1k in expenses due to damage caused by the Southern States Hyundai dealerships negligence. The best that they could do was knock $90 off the $1,116 price tag that I incurred as a result of their negligence. I've now had my spark plugs replaced twice in 8mo, had my engine flushed, a fuel Induction service done & I am completely at their mercy, not knowing if they actually completed the job this time. I have been loyal to this location for 6 years, & I have always trusted Hyundai. This location has put me through hell since November. I can no longer recommend, or trust, Southern States Hyundai of Raleigh. Avoid at all costs.
