I do have to say that I am extremely pleased I went through with checking out Jeeps at Leith because my experience, throughout the entirety of the day, was nothing short of incredible. The whole car buying experience was not high-stakes, high-stress, and I actually felt like a human being throughout, not just another person to be sold a car. Even when we talked prices, I never felt like I was a subhuman for wishing for the best possible value. I had an incredible saleswoman (Estefany) and really must say for my first major car buying experience this was one to remember and one to replicate should I need to buy in the future. She never pressured me, always keep trying to find something that I liked/wanted, and actually dealt with me like someone she knew and was looking out for. A repair that cost $400 to fix was estimated at $3000 by them. Trust me, go elsewhere. Bought new vehicle from them 1.5 yrs ago for $55,000 still under bumper to bumper warranty and they denied the warranty claim. They are quick to take the sale, but after that the customer relationship is over! I will never go back.

When I brought them the invoice and tried to file a complaint, I was met with aggression, foul language, and zero accountability. When I mentioned taking legal action, I was chased out and verbally abused. This place is completely unprofessional. I have stuck with the basic package twice and added on deep cleaning of my mats and my car came out looking like it was brand new. The pricing is extremely fair and the quality is top notch. The place is very well staffed and moves very quickly, finishing my car in about 10 minutes. I will 100% be coming back and see myself investing in one of the monthly plans in the near future. If you do want waxing or other deeper cleans done, just be aware that you should make an appointment ahead of time!

The microfiber towels are nice and honestly my favorite part of coming here. But this past week I decided to get my car detailed after a friend had gotten carsick and vomited on my passenger seat, unfortunately seeping into the seat and crevices. I was pretty disappointed in the end result for the $225 spent. For a detailing service, I did not feel like there was an eye for detail and that I could have done a better job cleaning my car. When I came to look at the final result, there were still parts of the seat that had dried up vomit in the crevices and the floor mats didn't look like they had been properly cleaned (there were still stains and on the back side of the mat, it didn't look clean). I pointed this out to a staff member and she had the detailing employee come back and clean it, which I appreciated. However, he still missed some spots where there was dried vomit (I acknowledge that they were in the crevices of the seat, but isn't a detailing service supposed to be for catching those hard to reach spots?). In my frustration, I just ended up cleaning up the floor mats myself at RipTide and when I got home, I went back in and scrubbed the missed vomit stains on the plastic parts of the seat. I also noticed that the fabric on the driver's side still had a stain. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend this car wash anymore especially not for detailing and am so disappointed by the end product of the detailing services even after asking the staff member if he could take a look at my car again.
