After filing a claim through their insurance company, I shopped around for an auto body repair shop. I checked some reviews online and Caliber Collision at 1319 Capital Blvd stood out. From the moment I called and spoke to Tammy on the phone, I knew without a doubt that this was the right repair shop for me. Tammy was very professional and cordially answered all of my questions. Within 24 hours I received a return phone call from Caliber with the earliest available dates for the start of my repair. On the day I took my vehicle into the shop, I was pleasantly greeted by Tammy who gave me a brief explanation of the process. Tammy also arranged for the rental car to be delivered to the shop. This was a huge convenience for me. I was very appreciative of this benefit. I was then introduced to my Service Advisor, Chris. Chris greeted me with a smile. He has a good sense of humor and lightened the mood before we went to take a look at the damages to my vehicle. Chris did a thorough visual inspection of the damages to my vehicle. He explained the next steps and gave me an idea of what to expect with regards to communication and the receipt of updates on my vehicle repair.
