    Got really good at jumping my Bronco. But Herdrich said it wasn't the battery????

    Only giving one start because I cannot give 0 Bought a Ford Bronco Sport 2021 on Dec 20 2024 Drove to the beach for a day for lunch... It died on the bridge coming off Wrightsville Beach. The was the FIRST time. Well we stayed on that bridge in traffic for 2 hours waiting on Hendrick Autogard truck to get to us. They didn't dispatch a tow truck. So we were still stuck but I insisted he jump it and thankfully that worked it started. Now that was the 1st time mind you there more. I took back to Hendrick Service center. They insisted the battery was not the issue. Kept it 4 days just to tell me that. Thanks, alot. So I had several incidents after that. I'd call the Service Center... Typical response... "So, you got a jump, and it worked. So, it's not the battery" . I would call the manager and the guy who sold it to me and get " I'm not in right now but as soon as I am I will get on it". Finally, I took it to Crossroad Ford. Changed out the battery no issues since. Hardrick Service was not there for me at all. Oh there other issues as well.... As if the Service after sale was bad enough, the punch list you get when you buy a car, you know, the things they promise to fix. !00% not done. Who do you call? Noone returns calls and there was 0 concern on their end. No 2nd Key, paint touch up promised not delivered. Steam the seats not done. So I don't expect anything to come from this but just be careful when you deal with these guys. Say and do during the sale was great, service after the sale HORRENDOUS Here the stats 2021 Ford Bronco Sport - 9 times the battery failed. Incidentally I did buy a jump pack so I got kinda used to it failing

    100% positve dealership experience, I've own more than 30 new cars. Trevor Buck and the rest of the staff were completely transparent, professional, and over the top helpful. They promptly answered my questions and processed our out of state purchase without a hiccup. The management staff was fully involved and engaged in every step of the buying process and ensured that we were receiving second to none customer service. I will absolutely be purchasing from this auto group and this particular dealership again.

We were told around 6 months, but we ended up getting our car after about 3 months. My wife was in communication with them regularly during this waiting time, and they were always responsive and helpful in answering our questions. They honored our request for no add-ons, which we appreciated. Most dealers we talked to have been making add-ons mandatory now because it's easy money for them, with how the market is. Buyers unfortunately don't have much bargaining power right now. But thankfully Leith didn't do that. When we came to pick up the car, Derek, who is the EV specialist, walked us through the details of owning a Leaf, and I appreciated the time he took to explain everything to us, since we were first time EV owners. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Compared to other car dealers in the area right now, Leith Nissan was the easiest and friendliest to work with, in my opinion. We felt a lot of the dealers we contacted and visited had a "take it or leave it" mentality and didn't really care much about customer service, since supply is so low and demand is so high. But with Leith, we didn't feel that way, and I appreciated that.

Because of them, I will give a 5 star rating However, my experience with Quincy was the complete opposite and deeply concerning. Without my permission, without clear disclosure, and without my approval, Quincy added thousands of dollars' worth of items to my loan. I later discovered that these additions totaled approximately $7,000--none of which I knowingly agreed to or was properly informed about at the time. I trusted his word, and that trust was abused. I was misled and effectively swindled into add-ons I did not approve. This behavior felt underhanded, dishonest, and frankly unacceptable--especially toward someone acting in good faith. It is the kind of conduct that seriously damages trust and reflects poorly on the dealership as a whole. An employee engaging in this type of behavior should be addressed and held accountable, not protected. I was very close to leaving a zero-star review, but I realized that would not be fair to Anthony and Kyle, who absolutely deserve recognition for their integrity and professionalism. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Great employees should be rewarded--and dishonest behavior toward customers should never be tolerated. And he worked within those parameters. I wound up purchasing a Crosstrek. It's my first Subaru, but 3 weeks later, I'm pleased with it and I hope it will last me for the next decade. For months, I'd been dealing with a rattling noise in my 2024 Subaru, which other dealerships repeatedly told me was 'normal.' Here, Danny immediately took my concern seriously. He joined me for a test drive, heard the noise, and scheduled a carbon cleaning under warranty, even providing a loaner car. What truly set them apart was their continued commitment and the outstanding communication from my service advisor, Michael. He frequently updated me via text, keeping me informed every step of the way. I'm super impressed and grateful that I was taken seriously. When the noise persisted, they didn't just shrug it off. Instead, they brought in a Subaru field technician for an in-depth evaluation. Although the noise was ultimately deemed within normal limits, their thoroughness means my car now performs significantly better and the rattle is barely noticeable. On top of that, they even fixed a mirror that another dealership had incorrectly installed. This is the level of service every car owner deserves!

Paid 500 Credit Card Deposit and informed Echo Park I would drive from Charlotte to pick up. OMG - please worst experience in my 50 years of buying cars. Even though I had bought car online - declined all extras I was told that they MUST tell me about all options just in case I didn't understand. Presented me with a price of 33K. After much arguing they finally relented and presented with - a price. which was 700 above - after again back and forth, presented me with another price which did not match my purchases price after again backhand forth and a threat to walk away finally the manager got involved. I presented them with approval from Bank of America for car loan and went to bank to get cashiers check to be told I might as well go out to lunch because it would be a long time before they could finalize the deal because they had just agreed to price. Like WTF - I signed and left my deposit on website. so here we are hour 3 into this debacle. only for me to arrive with check and wait - you got it another 1 hour until someone actually gets back. Now I and my daughter sign tons of papers. Great - then we wait, you got it another hour and I am told we are all set. As I am walking out the door I am told there is a security violation and now I must present my Social Security Card - I'm like dude - I live in Charlotte, here is my REAL-ID from NC that proves who I am. no go. I say forget it give me back my 80% downpayment and screw you. No apology, no thank you , no sincerity nothing, All these guys care about is stuffing extra feeds down your throat. After the salesman could offer me no explanation as to why it happened. The sales manager got involved. His response was that "it happens" made me even more disturbed. They offered me nothing and did not even try to sell me another car. They couldn't wait to get me out of there. I will never set foot in a Leith property again. Very unprofessional.

I reported that incident here on Yelp, with pictures, in July. Due to a less-than-stellar response from Crossroads Ford of Apex, I submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of the State's Attorney General's office. A week or so after contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of the State's Attorney General's office, a person called and said her client, Crossroads Ford of Apex, would like me not to contact them again, or Crossroads Ford of Apex would litigate. In addition to that threat, the attorney informed me that Crossroads Ford of Apex no longer wanted my business and was done with me and my 2015 SHO AWD. WE ARE CURRENTLY TESTING THAT HYPOTHESIS!! If I can't contact them or face litigation, how would Crossroads Ford of Apex honor their agreement to fix my car? Crossroads Ford of Apex sure took my money, but I'm not supposed to contact them. WE ARE CURRENTLY TESTING THAT HYPOTHESIS!! Let me explain the purpose of this Yelp review for Crossroads Ford of Apex. On June 13, 2025, they installed a new backup camera I purchased online. I've attached a JPEG of the invoice, number FOCS290682, which shows I paid $309.04 for the installation. I returned less than a week later and pointed out that the camera was 2.7 feet off to the left and right. I have attached JPEGs of the camera view on my monitor. In shots one and two, the vehicle is perfectly lined up in the parking space. That is not the view. Pulling out of my garage, the monitor indicates that I am perfectly lined up. In reality, the vehicle is off the driveway. I asked Crossroads Ford of Apex to adjust the camera, which I had paid $309.04 to have installed the previous week. I was told that since I did not spend $800 on their camera, there was nothing Crossroads Ford of Apex could do. Because I didn't buy it from them, they claimed they couldn't help. And I assure you, Crossroads Ford of Apex did nothing. Here's my question for them--if I buy four tires online, have all four installed at Crossroads Ford of Apex, and all four fall off while I'm driving away, is it a Goodyear issue or a problem with the installation at Crossroads Ford of Apex? Would it be a Michelin tire issue or an issue with the installation at Crossroads Ford of Apex? It's the installation, plain and simple. The camera works perfectly; it is not installed correctly! Here is what we are going to do over the first and second quarters of 2026: 1. Post copies of all the letters we've received from the Better Business Bureau and the North Carolina Attorney General's Office, germane to this situation, to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yelp. 2. Post copies of every invoice we've paid over the past five years on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yelp. Using a cross-tabulation method, we will show how we paid multiple times for the same issue, and to this day, they still do not function properly. 3. After 90 days, we'll launch a video campaign on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yelp. There will be commentary describing the time I was charged $200 to clean a drain in the sunroof. When the problem reoccurred in less than two weeks, I was billed again. This video campaign will cover the entire second quarter of 2026. We are starting a blog in January 2025 called "Another Opening of Another SHO AWD at the Crossroads." This will be an ongoing blog throughout 2026. Truth is an absolute defense to defamation claims, meaning that if a statement is true, it cannot be considered defamatory, regardless of the harm it may cause to someone's reputation. OVER THE NEXT YEAR, WE WILL PRESENT GIGABYTES OF TRUTH!

Since I drove 2/1/2 hours to see the car I didn't know a local mechanic. Before the trip Jose assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I trailered the car home the first night the car alarm was triggered multiple times. I took the car to a Land Rover mechanic the next morning. He said the car should have never passed inspection. He found the rear door latch was bad, someone wedged a piece of metal in the hood latch to keep that sensor from tripping. The vehicle had been wrecked and not reported and the front sensor was damaged. So far I am out of pocket $1,300.00 in 48 hours. Beware Jose only cares about a sale and does not stand by his product. Z-Auto is also at fault for a fraudulent NC inspection.

I took it on a long trip to NY with absolutely no issues. The car was in incredibly good shape inside and out for a late model. I mean, any car can be a lemon or have problems after a sale/purchase (especially late models) but I really think TMS tries hard to source from quality local dealer trade-ins (not auctions). Nothing is guaranteed but we both got lucky with this specific car. Given the pre-owned car market the price was firm but very fair and no "extra" BS charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid the day I came to pick it up. Overall great experience.
