I first called their phone number, which seemed like goes to a central office for Discount Wheel and Tire, and every person I spoke to was extremely kind. I called the first time to inquire, and then called the second time to just say how awesome the experience was. If you plan to do walk-ins, the shop does say it closes at 5:00pm, please know that their walk-ins are from 8:00am until 4:00pm! When I got to the Kakoi location, I went in saying "I think I have a slow leak", and they got me in right away! There is a customer waiting area with AC, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The service was free of charge! The guys at the front were very hospitable and the overall customer service was outstanding, and I would gladly come back again for any of my tire needs.
