The food was truly exceptional, surpassing all my expectations with its authentic flavors and expertly prepared ingredients. The combination of fresh corn masa, savory fillings like cheeses and seasoned pork, and the perfectly balanced toppings made each bite memorable. I have been eating pupusas for most of my life, and I can attest to their consistently great flavors and satisfying texture. read more

Tacusa - The food was truly exceptional, surpassing all my expectations with its authentic flavors and expertly prepared ingredients. - Tacos Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

We did not enjoy our lunch at all. Extremely small portions. Zero cheese on the tacos nor inside the birrias. The corn in the cup had a sprinkle of the seasoning and mayo on top only and unseasoned bland corn for the majority of the cup. The best thing we had was the Jamaica juice. Do not recommend. read more

Waiting a hour for food ended up canceling order waiting to long. Would not recommend

Stopped in today for some pupusa's the Granddaughter was craving while in town. She went with the 3 pupusa plate, the wife went with 2 and I had the Yuca con Chicarron. We placed our orders and enjoyed some conversation, stocked up on salsa in preparation for our meal. A few folks came in but for the most part we beat the dinner business. A small shop with a fair amount of seating, somewhat dated but very clean with a great location. Food was served hot and well prepared, they really do a good job here and we all had a little bit of each other's the yuca frita was exceptionally good. Honestly the price was almost too reasonable, I felt like we got more than we paid for this time. I don't think I've ever said that period. Felt pretty good and satisfied when leaving. SHM walking to the car thinking, That was good. read more

I LITERALLY love love Tacusa! There food is always fresh hot and delicious !! Everthing i have tried i loved. Great job and great service

We love coming here for the pupusas, the kids absolutely love them! So do we! However... tonight I placed an order of pupusas over the phone. I called ahead at 8:00 pm and asked the cashier if we could still order to dine in there, she said yes. Once we got here she told me that I couldn't dine in because they closed at 9pm. We got here at 8:40pm then proceeded to tell us that they had already boxed up our food to go. I told her that was fine but they weren't going to close the restaurant for another 20 minutes (kids were starving, and is too hot to eat outside, and too far to go back home) she said: I don't know if you didn't notice the sign outside but it says we close at 9pm. I repeated myself and said: I understand but you don't close for another 20 min. She made a face and said you must leave by 9pm. Needless to say we rushed everyone to eat and we are out the door 5 min prior closing time. I'm assuming that the employees just need to be out the door by 9pm. And they needed to clean up. But owners must speak to employees about the closing time if it says 9pm then you stop serving until 9pm. Otherwise change the hours of operation, today's experience was awful as we were looking to have a family dinner out. read more

Just an ok visit for us. We tried carnitas tacos and a chicken pappusas. The tacos had a nice amount of meat but it really lacked flavor. The grilled onions were a nice touch. The pappusas was the same, I think a better cheese would make them better. They do have a nice toppings bar. However, several of the dishes were empty and there was literally one lime. And it was very messy. We were after the lunch hour with only one other table. It could have quickly been wiped down and partially filled for current customers. We do like the glass bottle Coke but prefer it colder. read more

Tacusa - Amazing and authentic Salvadorean cuisine! - Tacos Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I saw this place listed in a Yelp collection and thought it would be good to try something new. We love Mexican food and this place also has Salvadoran cuisine. The papusas are really good. We tried a couple different ones and had the chicken flautas. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. They have a good amount of searing too. Lots of food choices and a great meal overall. We will be back! read more

To be honest this was the first time we visited this establishment and was extremely disappointed. We ordered pupusas, papas locas, yuca and pastelitos de carne. The pupusas were really good! When we saw the yuca, I realized there was chicharon in the dish and I had asked the lady at the counter if they had a side of yuca that I could order, and she said yes and did not let me know there was chicharon in it, which is not what I had ordered nor what we wanted but We did not say anything about it. Later we tried the beef pastelitos, which were bland and did not taste good, which we also said nothing about it. Then the papas locas arrived, which we had ordered those fries with carne asada and the fries were soggy and the dish was oily, to the point to where there was a pool of oil on the tray, disgusting! At this point, I asked the lady up front to refund me the money for the fries with carne asada, to which she said they did not do any refunds. She asked if I wanted to have the dish cooked again, to which I asked if it would come out looking the exact same with all the oil and soggy and she said yes, so I said I preferred my money back, again she said there was no refunds, I asked if I could at least have something different and she said yes, so we ordered and extra side of pupusas, which it was the only good thing we actually enjoyed. I have never been to an establishment where if the customer is not happy with the food, the customer does not get a refund. Let me clarify we did not even touch the fries because it looked disgusting, yet we were denied our money back. Extremely disappointed. read more

Decent tacos at a decent price... the taco plate I ordered was slightly cheaper than other taco spots in the area I go to. The flavors were good but much more greasy than I am accustomed to. The rice seemed somewhat undercooked as there were hard bits in some bites but was also flavorful and decent. While some people dislikes beans, I do somewhat enjoy them. tacusas beans were adequate but their serving size left more to be desired. The service was prompt and the establishment was clean and inviting. I also liked their salsa bar which was filled with the typical toppings one would find on top of their tacos. All in all a decent place and one worth trying again to see if we can get another star added to this review. read more

Always on Point and the food is always Hot. You always get a great portion of food. The place is also clean.

Amazing service and food loved the amount of cleanliness the establishment offered. Food was outstanding!

This place is more like 4.25 out of 5 stars. if you know me, you'll know i that i love mexican food. And honestly for a place to serve tacos, burritos and pupusas, i'm SOLD. We ended up getting a lengua burrito, elote in a cup and 3 different pupusas (all meat). At least back in california, they'll charge extra for lengua, but this place is the same price for all meat. What we got was too much food for two people. We were definitely full after dinner. i know that this place isn't really known for the elote, but god damn, was it good. when i come back, i'm getting it again. I'll also try the other flavors of pupusas next time. I really enjoy the self service bar in the middle of the restaurant. You'll allowed to get unlimited Curtido and other toppings. I wish they had a soda machine, but the only drinks they sell are bottled soda and horchata and pina fresca. read more

I hate to admit this but I've eaten here once a week for about a month and always order the same thing lol elote in a cup and 2 carne asada tacos. They never disappoint! And pricing is not bad at all. The carne asada is flavorful and tender. I usually order to go but have eaten there once and they have this little condiments bar with all kind of fresh fixings and toppings to add to your food. I love the red onions with jalapeños. I've also tried the pupusa de loroco & delicious. The ladies at the front are always so nice & informative. The location is clean, a little small but definitely comfy. There's always plenty of parking. This has definitely become one of my favorite places. It's so authentic. My only complaint is that door! It's a struggle to open every time!! Lol read more

Tacusa - Elote in a cup & carne asada tacos - Tacos Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I was so excited to try this place and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Overall the food lack flavor. I tried the chicken papusa wasn't expecting there to be cheese in it because it's not listed on the menu, but on top of that it was soggy I guess because I got it Togo. The flauta again chicken and cheese mix, and again not listed as so on the menu. The beef street taco was ok, tortilla was soggy, meat didn't seem seasoned, and it was overcooked. The salsas that were given to me were sweet. I was missing my caldo des res. The best thing I tried was the rice and beans. The portions for the price were good, but it definitely wasn't for me. I'll have to get my taco and papusa fix elsewhere. read more

I found hair in my tamale. Uuuugggg. No one said hello nor asked if I needed help. The one talked about me in Spanish but I knew what she said. We decided to grab some tacos coming into Keller for lunch. The staff was quite friendly and the interior was clean. A few chairs were up to limit people coming in and out. The orders came out fairly quickly, but it could be because not a lot of people were coming in. The elote was creamy and didn't taste bad. I'm not a big mayonnaise fan, so with the subtle taste of it was very satisfying. The tacos were delicious, especially with the salsa. Overall, a very satisfying time at this establishment. I will probably consider coming around next time I'm in the Keller area. read more
