These tacos are BOMB! Total street taco moment & if you find yourself in FW downtown , highly recommend stopping here. This isn't a Boojey experience by any means . It's a sports bar vibe . They've got a LARGE selection of vegan options . * refried beans are made with Manteca * Black beans do not have lard . The salsas pack HEAT ! yum Highly recommend ordering the charred onions and charred jalapeños . You can wash it all down with aqua frescas . Delicious . The Lolita and potato tacos were my fave . read more

I went to Salsa Limon on Thursday to fuel up before the Art Fest in Downtown Fort Worth, and it definitely hit the spot! I had a quesadilla de asada and it was so so good! Big plus that a side of rice and beans was included! read more

Food was amazing! I had a burrito (decent size) one El Capitan, and an agua fresca limón. Total came to 27.01 and left feeling so well fed! Service was where it was a bit strange, my friends came with me and one had ordered queso. When she got her order the queso was cold. When she asked the staff how is the queso supposed to be served they said "the temperature should be hot" well it was "fixed" but the queso was still just room temp at best. Ambiance is great, it's got space. I loved the salsas they offer. Will be coming back again. read more

Woah! What a sensational taste explosion of flavors! We ordered the tacos and they were so fresh and bursting with meat and vegetables that it was hard to eat politely - lol. For what this place is, it was very very good. Nothing really to complain on. The steak burrito tasted great along with the chips and salsa. I think the steak was slightly over cooked not as tender as I would like and lacked a bit of seasoning but nothing horrible. read more

A must go to spot when in downtown Ft Worth. When I came out here, before moving to the area, I tried this spot. ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE! The food is amazing, the service is quick and friendly, the restaurant can be a little messy from time to time but that is because there is so much traffic during lunch time. If you're looking for great breakfast or lunch, do yourself a favor and stop by! read more

I liked visiting Salsa Limon they have a great breakfast menu with huge burritos, and then they have a good taco plate lunch special. Even when it gets busy in there the service remains pretty consistent you can expect when it's busier about a 10 minute wait for your food after you've ordered. My only complaint is that they got rid of their barbacoa which was my favorite. read more

I'm in Ft. Worth for work and this restaurant was near my hotel and open for breakfast so I dropped in. I ordered the El Campeon burrito. It came out quickly, and it hit the spot. Be warned that it is a bit messy to eat because there's a runny yolk egg inside, but the mess was worth it. read more

Ordered online and it was ready in 10 minutes! So many different options to choose from at a great price point. The Tomatillo salsa was sooo good you could drink it. The burrito was delicious but a runnier egg than shown in other photos on yelp. Would have enjoyed it cooked a bit more. read more

I wasn't too impressed with this place, to be honest. I was looking forward to trying it because the pictures looked good, but I don't think I would go back. The food tasted good, but the portion was small, the service was, ehh, and the vibe was like that of a fast food place. I feel like I was in a McDonald's that served Hispanic food. Don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Came here about 10:30am looking for comfort food and it did not disappoint. I ordered the breakfast tacos (one asada and one barbacoa) with a side of cheese, crema and avocado and it was delicious !! Festive vibe to start the day with the option to get a beverage at the full bar if one was feeling "5 o'clock somewhere" already. There's also some outdoor seating but I wasn't ready to brave the heat yet and enjoyed the music and air conditioning inside. Food came fast with a smile. read more

Got the salad with carne asada. It was good. The prices here are VERY reasonable, cheapest in downtown other than Subway. My Salad was $10 50. You can order online for pick up or eat in. You order at the counter, they give you a number stand and they bring it out to you. They also have beer, wine and other drinks. Not sure about parking because I walked from the hotel, I guess parking is on the street at a meter. read more

I've eaten here around 6 times since I moved into The Tower in downtown Fort Worth in August 2024. The food is tasty and the location is certainly convenient--downstairs. My only gripe is that there's not any consistency in the meat portions of the molca bowls. I wish they would measure the meat in order to be sure that portions are consistent and of a sufficient size. Sometimes I feel like I just got 6 tiny pieces of meat and 1/2 cup each of rice and beans. Also, the chips that come with the molca bowls have the same issue. This reminds me of the same issue Chipotle has--feeling that one is not getting the value they paid for. The bowls are $11.37 with tax. read more

Yummy tacos and good salsa. Quick and friendly service. Drinks are homemade and very delicious.

The tacos were amazingly delicious. Came here a couple of times after work for dinner and I enjoyed it. I even delayed the tornado evacuation call just to finish these tacos. ORDERED: - chicken tacos : so good and the chicken was made to perfection. I had to order them again on my 2nd visit. - carne asada tacos : recommended by the cashier over the shredded beef and it did not disappoint. - chorizo tacos : so good. But between the 3 tacos, I would rank chicken first followed by carne asada. - chips & guacamole : both super fresh! They have 4 types of sauces, all fresh, from mild tomatillo to hot jalapeño, to hotter piquín, to the mega hot habanero sauce. I really enjoyed the jalapeño and the habanero on my tacos and chips, although not needed because they taste great even without it. The ambiance is super spacious with lots of seating. They even have a bar. Will be back again to try their quesadilla and burrito. P.S.: the pictures do not do justice. read more

This should be a five star review. The atmosphere is fantastic thanks to ample indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is efficient and thorough. You'll enjoy the bar or patio as an alternate to a standard table. The food us good, but they insist on the tacos having raw cabbage. It's a weird crunchy addition that doesn't compliment the taco at all and actually takes away from the flavor. They even pile it pretty high meaning you'll mostly taste cabbage on your taco. It's weird and should be removed from the ingredients - saving them money and you a bad additive. Otherwise this is a five star place! read more

Unexpectedly this was our favorite meal in all of Texas. Amazing tacos, the El Capitan was great as well but the star of the show was definitely the queso. We like the asada more than the pastor which is rare, but honestly, we're very impressed with everything we had. Prices weren't cheap but the serving size was pretty large so definitely worth it. The building is also pretty cool and really close to Sundance square. Definitely stop by if this place is even remotely close to you. Looks like there are several locations as well. Happy hour is Monday through Friday 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. read more

Sorry but this was very bad. We ordered chips and queso but it never made it on the ticket, so we had to wait in line a second time. When it did eventually arrive it was certainly the worst queso i've had in texas, possible in my life. I'm pretty easy and basically like all queso (it's delicious melted cheese!!) and appreciate all different flavors, textures, levels of spice, etc. But this had a super off taste, was not cheesy, and was super watery, maybe this was just an off batch idk but it was bad tasting. Burrito was very eh and extremely bean heavy. My quesadilla was solid, only thing saving this from being 1 star. It was run of the mill, melted cheese, tasty chicken, etc. and an okay portion, although the tortilla was a bit over cooked and crunchy. The iced tea was unsweetened and pretty bad tasting too, and there was only splenda as an option for sweetener (no regular sugar, simple syrup, or anything else). And the soda/drink machine had very few options, much fewer than a standard establishment. This was recommended to us and we were excited to try but was a huge miss, very disappointing & will not be returning :( read more

Great food. Many choices of salsas. Love the cabbage slaw. Though the lines can be rather long during peak times, the service is fast

Food was amazing, would 100% recommend the "El Capitan" taco. Service was exceptional as well!!

I was at the Art Goggle event in Fort Worth and i saw this place in Magnolia. I saw people in line and was worried about a wait but then I saw that you could seat yourself and order from the QR codes on the table. Loved that. So I sat and I ordered and I don't think I waited long. I ordered a limeade and a chicken quesadilla. That limeade was the truth and is the reason I will be returning. The chicken quesadilla was good but it had too much cheese. I'll probably get extra chicken next time to balance it out. The rice and beans were good as well. read more

Salsa Limon is a hidden gem!! I enjoy when a taco spot doesn't bland down the food for the locals. Salsa Limon is keeping it real. I didn't go full-board because the prices were a little steep. When a spot is charging for chips and salsa, you kinda want to tread lightly. I had the Barbacoa and Carne Asada. I'm gonna be knit-picky and say the Asada did lack some flavor, but the Barbacoa was full a flavor. Also, the pickled cabbage on the taco takes away from the taste of the tacos. The chips and salsa were tasty. The service was spot order at the counter and they call number. I didn't have time to try the drinks and it does look they have a nice bar set-up. This place is worth your time and effort. ***Flight Attendant approved*** read more

I was visiting the Fort Worth area for work and i found this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was very good. I had breakfast and dinner and both meals were great. I ordered the captain burrito minus the beans and eggs and I added lettuce and tomatoes. The meat was flavorful and tender on both dishes and the breakfast burrito was phenomenal, very generous amount of eggs and cheese. I only wish they offered chips with the burritos!! They offer many sauces and also beverages. They also have a happy hour from 4-6pm The ladies at the register and packing meals were so attentive and friendly. I will revisit them in the future! read more
