Awesome experience! I might almost say this is the best Tex-Mex food in the Stockyards! I had a mix of street tacos and they were incredible. The service was quick and friendly. It's 100% casual, so don't expect five-star dining, but the food is so worth it!

Being that this location is located in Stockyards they have made another move and now have a small indoor waiting area with five small tables. I feel that this is going to help them with their business, service during the summer months. Food is amazing but the wait in the heat was brutal. Big service game changer for them!

We're California peeps, hoping to move out to this area one day. we wanted Mexican food that was more authentic not Tex-mex. We will Come here anytime we miss good Mexican food. Everything is great! All the meat was flavorful, the beans were exceptional and the staff were so nice and helpful! The space wasn't too loud or overcrowded. Definitely will be a spot we visit again! I encourage you to try this place or any of their locations!

I give the Asada tacos a 7 out of 10, the meat was a little on the dry side but had a lot of great flavor. I give the Pastor tacos a 9 out of 10, they were almost perfect just wish it was more meat in the tacos. The asada quesadilla was also a 7 out of 10 for the same reason already stated above on the asada tacos. Nothing special about it, pretty basic. The service was ok, when she called us up to get our food she left it on the counter and walked away like she was bothered about something before we got up there, idk what that was about. And no it wasn't busy at all, we were the only people there at the time. I do believe the restaurant is still great though! The restaurant is very small and clean. I can tell they take pride inside the establishment. I definitely give them credit on that!

I had pastor tacos. Great flavor and generous portions. Tres leche for dessert is a nice add-on as well.

When I was on my birria kick I would drive from Arlington all the way here because no other place came close. The meat is full of flavor and spice and the conzume they bring out with it is just as good. Its full of spice and flavor and I straight up drink that by itself, i dip my tortillas with it. I usually put salt and lemon on the tortillas and then roll them up and dip em in the conzume. In the past, I had the ramen, the platillo, the tacos, and I think the quesabirria, they are all delicious but my favorite is the quesabirria and the tacos, followed by the ramen. The menu is small but just stick with the tacos or buy the meat by the pound, and you are good to go. The rice and beans are average but still good; the salsas they have on are amazingly delicious. The light green one is my favorite because is not too spicy but spicy enough to give me that kick am looking for in my food. I drown my food in that salsa sometimes and then dip in conzume.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the staff, and everyone has always been super friendly. The music is loud and energetic, and there always seems to be a good crowd enjoying their food, which gives the place a really fun, vibrant atmosphere. There are a few tables and booth and bar seating available. I've had the street taco platter twice now, and it is SO good. I've tried the pastor, asada, and barbacoa, and the pastor is definitely my favorite. The platter comes with rice and beans in addition to your choice of meat for three tacos. I also love that it comes with a spicy verde salsa and limes! The queso is another favorite. It's delicious, and they give you a really generous portion. I've ordered chips and queso both times, and there's plenty for one person. And if you're a margarita person, their to-go margaritas are such a fun bonus! They seal them up so you can safely take them home. Price-wise, it seems comparable to other Mexican restaurants in the area. My street taco platter, chips, and queso came out to around $25, which I think is pretty reasonable for the amount of food. Both times I've stopped in for a to-go order, I've been in and out in under 10 minutes, which is a huge plus. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for street tacos in the area.

We started with the chips and salsa, then my wife ordered the Empalmadas de Chihuahua, which were absolutely delicious. I had the brisket tacos, and they were packed with incredible flavor. To top it off, we ordered margaritas that were refreshing and hit the spot. They also have a great happy hour from 2-6 p.m., Monday through Friday and Loteria and prizes on Thursdays making it an even better place to stop by. Between the delicious food, tasty drinks, welcoming staff, and great vibes, Añejo Taqueria is a place we always look forward to visiting. Highly recommend!

The beans had a lot going on and included ingredients that probably should be mentioned when ordering. She thought the fries were decent, but said the birria tacos were just okay and that she's had much better elsewhere in the area. The service is good and straightforward. You walk up to order, grab a seat, and wait for your buzzer to go off. One thing to note: if you order drinks, keep an eye out for them because they're not brought to your table. As for my meal, I tried the mushroom, shrimp, and pastor tacos. The pastor was underwhelming, and the shrimp was overcooked. The mushroom taco was easily the standout and will definitely be my go-to if I come back. The weather will soon be nice for enjoying the patio, but there's also plenty of indoor seating available.
