Greeted and Seated quickly but they forgot the menus. Dropped chips and salsa on the table and it took a few minutes to get drinks. They took our orders but we had to ask for menus. A slight oversight. No biggie. The chips and salsa were good. Salsa is puréed and tasty. A bit of a kick but not over powering. The chips are on the "thicker" side. Preference for the lighter crispier chips though. I've been wanting to try this place for a long, long time. We literally eat at the Indian rest, Namaste Grill and bar next door and it's the best of the best. When I saw the TikTok reviews I knew I recognized the restaurant and couldn't wait to try it. I inquired about Taco Durangos. And she seemed confused but showed me that they did have "fried crunchy tacos" and directed me to the picture on the front. I asked if I could get one chicken, beef and Pork. She's said NO that they were only available in Beef and Lamb....uggggh. I ordered one with just beef to try it. It's a birria taco...it was good. I like the crispiness of it but normally not a fan of the dipping sauce served with the taco. That was the case here. Not a fan. The little service red sauce also lacked flavor...it was HOT. What's standing out the most is the salsa's, green verde sauce included all lacked flavor. Disappointing. The quesadillas were outstanding! Filling and flavorful. My street tacos were underwhelming. The corn tortillas were gummy and lacked flavor in general. Same with the beans and rice. $43.00

Street Taco's. Two Beef, One Chicken. Authentic Mexico taste. I ended up taking home a dozen corn tortillas.

The food here has an authentic Mexico taste. The Margarita was very pleasant also. I'll have it again soon. Home made salsa. Kinda different. Slightly hotter than most. The owner (Hector) came by to ask how everything was and I asked him about the tortillas for the street taco's. He said they don't make them here, but he went through the factory where they are made before choosing this product. I think the factory is in Carrollton. There's a very pleasant video playing on the TV. I asked what the name of the video was? "Wonders of Mexico". I looked it up on You Tube, and it's going to be my backdrop on TV when I have company now. This restaurant is in a regular strip center, but having been to Mexico a number of times, the taco's reminded me of Mexico, or more so, than most restaurants in the area.

We love this place! We were introduced to them during a Yelp event and found out they have a restaurant near our neighborhood. They started as a food truck. It's our weekly getaway, ha! The food is great and service is great! And we love the Thursday loteria games! They have drink specials and fun drinks each week. My current favorite are the flautas de pollo and the birria tacos. There are so many delicious options and we have yet to try their brunch. The owners make it like a party inside, especially on Thursdays. They bring a little bit of Mexican clubs to Fort Worth. They have a couple TVs if you want to watch a game or fight. If you're looking for a quiet and boring place, don't come here. :-)

What a cute little spot with authentic Mexican cuisine. We came in here for lunch, they offer daily specials. It happened to be Tuesday so I ordered the $6.99 taco plate which came with two corn tacos choice of filling, beans and rice. I chose pollo and asada, with cilantro and onion. Both were delicious, my husband got Barbacoa which was fantastic. We both started with a house margarita on the rocks, it was happy hour 2pm, so we got them for $5 and they were really good. They gave us free chips and salsa also, the salsa was spicy and had great flavor, the chips tasted fresh and warm. Our server was super nice and efficient and knew the menu and deals. We got our food and drinks quickly. I will definitely be returning to try something else on the menu.

Ay Que Rico! That translates to OOoo wee thats bussin bussin! Here is where you can find tacos, tamales, birria ramen and Papas (baked potatoes) that will have you saying- Ay Que Rico! Añejo Taqueria offers authentic Mexican food Chihuahua, Mexico style. One other translation- If I say check it out (pronounced SCCHEKKIT-OOUTTT!) - that means this is your sign to go enjoy it! I do not really have to call it a hidden gem or say I am obsessed, right? Héctor and his family really has something going. He brings the flavors all the way from Chihuahua, México! I love how passionate he is about his food. His hard work has paid off. Ay Que Rico! Worth it! The standouts: birria de res & consomé, tamales and tacos. I already have plans to go back. I want to make my way through their whole menu.

My wife and visited this location based on some neighborly advice. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Small for a typical restaurant, but just right for a Taqueria. The staff were polite and efficient. We started with chips and salsa. My wife enjoyed the salsa, I prefer my salsa a little chunky. Our main course were the street tacos, my wife only requested the Carne Asada. I went with a trio of Pastor, Barbacoa, and Carne Asada (they also have chicken). I enjoyed them all, but my favorite was the Carne Asada. They served the tacos with red and green sauce. Just the right amount of heat and taste great! We'll definitely be back! P.S. they also sell margaritas to go.

Pic for proof that the review is not fake

Came for lunch food was great decided to bring my son back for dinner after work, apparently for dinner they only take large parties inside even thought the sign said seat your self because after we sat and they took our order they came and asked us to move outside or to the bar because the table of 4 is set aside for "larger" parties. Yeah instant turn off perhaps have a door person seating people if that's going to be your policy. Pic so owner can't say it's a fake review

What a hidden gem!! Añejo Taqueria I so love you!! From the amazing lady that helped me name Andrea (Andy) to the cute vibe. They have happy hour Tuesday-Friday 2-6p! Now let's talk food: I came on taco Tuesday and they have $2 street tacos. I paid 14.99 for 3 Quesabirria tacos. They had great flavor. The barbacoa street taco i had to add a little salt. I should've asked for more lime, onions and cilantro but that's my fault. Overall I give this restaurant an A! I recommend it and I will be back for happy hour!! See you soon!

I was hungry for some street tacos and this place popped up and it was just down the street from my work.I came in sat down and the waitress brought me chips and salsa and asked what I wanted to drink. She brought my drink back and asked what I wanted and I said give me the pastor street tacos. So as I was waiting for my order I ate some of the chips and salsa which were pretty good. The chips were the thin style and the salsa was a little spicy but not bad.Now on to the street tacos. They were good but was just a bit fatty and could have been a little more tender. But overall they were pretty solid but not the best I've had.But it wouldn't stop me from coming back.If your in the neighborhood give it a try and see what you think?

This place is SUPER LEGIT! The best salsa in FTW and it's not even close. They check all boxes on the judging of a Mexican restaurant. Chips, Salsa, marg. The birria eggrolls are amazing to start off with. 5stars only because they don't have more

I stopped in to order take out and had this beverage while waiting. It was DELICIOSO! The staff couldn't have been more friendly! The tacos were the chef's kiss!

We decided to come to their store front tonight since they catered at Women Run DFW at 139 Olive in Keller on Thursday night. The queso was pretty good. To be honest, it was better at the catered event. It tasted fresher and had more jalapeños in it. Tonight it tasted more like jarred queso and I was slightly disappointed. The chips were fresh and tasty. I did add salt as I like a little more salt. The street tacos did not disappoint. The lime could have been fresher but they were delicious. The carne asada was cooked perfectly and topped with plenty of cilantro and onion. Salsa verde was brought to table as well to top them off. The pastor tacos were ok-not as tasty as expected but was good. The chicken tacos were very good as well. You get 3 tacos for $10. That is a bargain! We were greater as soon as we walked in. It is open seating. Service was excellent and owner and waitress checked in on us frequently. This looks like a place that has regulars that come out and hang out at the bar. Will definitely be back

Service was amazing and the tacos were delicious. The ambiance was great, my three year old danced the whole time.

I've eaten a lot of tacos in my time. But some bites have a way of humbling you. This one did. I ordered the street tacos with barbacoa. Corn tortillas layered with melted cheese, another tortilla laid gently on top, then crowned with rich, slow-cooked meat. Simple ingredients, intentional hands. The first bite landed heavy -- comforting, soulful, and loud in all the right ways. These tacos slapped harder than Babe Ruth sending one out of the park. And the real kicker? The smile on her face as she watched me take that first bite -- the kind that says, "I told you so," without needing to say a word. She knew she was right. The service matched the food -- warm, polite, unhurried. That small-town kind of kindness where you're treated like you belong, even if it's your first time through the door. No rush, no attitude, just genuine care. Some places feed you. Others stay with you. Taqueria Temo does both. I'll be back.

They're your typical trendy taco place, with their own selection of merchandise and crazy/cheesy jokes strewn about on t-shirts and signage. They have an ample bar space, but it looked like only one patron was interested in that; the rest of us were there to eat. You order your food at the counter and get a buzzer to come back and pick it up. The staff is friendly enough, but you don't really interact with them much since it's all pretty much self service after you go to the counter. The drink station has cane sugar based sodas; it's a bit heavy on the foam, but otherwise good. We opted for the birria pizza, a couple of cups of pozole, and a side of elote. Everything was solid. The elote was good, not great, but the pozole really hit the spot given how cold it was outside. The birria pizza is what blew me away, though. This was easily one of the most unique, but tasty, things I've ever had. It's not really a pizza, more like a topped quesadilla, but they did a great job of it. I'd not only come back here next time I'm in Fort Worth, I'd be interested in opening a location in Houston if I had the money to franchise it.
