I kept expecting to get to only broth, but kept getting pleasantly surprised to find more ramen. The cooking area looked very clean. The seating area was clean too but I noticed a few stains on the table I sat at. Minor nitpick. I was getting takeout anyway so it wasn't a problem. I will definitely become a regular.
