Carne asada bowl with guac

Always love a new Tacoria location opening up in the area - this time, it's Summit main street! The ordering process was very smooth and the food came out very promptly. I love the guava drink and the habanero sauce and never forget to order Mexican street corn! The decor for this location is very on brand with the other locations, but I'm a huge fan of the LED sign - it really lights the place up. :) Will definitely frequent this location more when I'm in the area!

Great graphics!

Delicious food as always. This Tacoria in Summit is one of the nicest I've visited. Beautiful decor complete with special Valentine's Day decorations. The welcoming staff made great recommendations... I especially liked the Carne Asada Burrito box. Muy Bien, Tacoria!

I've had the pleasure of visiting several different Tacoria's over the last few months and I always love coming back. Everything is extremely tasty and portion sizing will fill you up. I recommend checking out Tacoria in the future if you want a quick Mexican bite.

We really enjoyed our meal at Tacoria Mexican in Summit. We skipped Tacos and went for the Box and Salad options. The best part of our meals were the proteins. We loved the Steak - Carne Asada and the Chicken - Pollo Asado. Both were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Much better flavor than the other "chain" restaurants in NJ. The service was fast for a meal that seemed cooked to order. Also the restaurant is very cute. Not too big but big enough for a casual meal.

I've never seen, heard or tried sushi tacos so when it popped up on my feed, I thought why not. I…read morearrived on a Friday evening and was seated immediately. If you check in through Yelp you can get a small bottle of sake with your meal. I tried to redeem but unfortunately could not because the manager wasn't in the restaurant and the waiter informed me she legally couldn't serve alcohol. So, if you're looking to have a cocktail I would suggest calling beforehand to make sure the manager is there to serve it. I ordered the crispy calamari and scallion pancakes for appetizers. Then ordered 2 tacos (fried pork and salmon) and seafood Mi Xian with glass noodles. The pancakes were delicious. The calamari was just okay. The star of the show was the seafood Mi Xian; I could have sipped on the broth alone and been more than satisfied! I had one bite of the salmon taco and it was good. I was expecting the tacos to be bigger and was surprised that only one comes per order but my husband said he was full after having most of both tacos so I guess 1 is actually enough.

My family and I got takeout and ordered $150 worth of food - we got:…read more- 5 different noodle soups: the flavors of the soups were sooooooo good. Would super recommend. The portion is on the small side (think small noodle soup container for the soup) but the flavors were phenomenal. - Bokchoy with Garlic: small portion for $9 but it tasted good - Taco Nori Chips: little soggy by the time we ate our takeout but that may be our fault - Three Nori Tacos - these were expensive but tasted delicious. The Nori is so crunchy! Free sake with Yelp checkin:) My brother in law came back a few days after because he liked it so much!

Generally I'm in there buying scratch tickets and vapes for my wife. Man do we sound like trash. Which we're not. I mean vapes are gross. I get that. She's tried to quit. It's not easy. It's an addiction. And I'm buying scratch tickets because I'm thinking if I'm going to 7-11 to get vapes, which I hate, what's in it for me? So I buy a scratch ticket. That's always fun. And the guys will always wish you good luck when you buy it. And not in a perfunctory way. Like they really mean it. Now I don't win. Nobody wins. Scratch tickets are for suckers. That isn't their fault. One time I won $3. That was a good day. Oh and they have a wide variety of snacks. And beverages. If you've never been in one. I'm sure some people have not. Next time I go I will take more pictures. They also have hot food. I don't see myself eating hot food from 7-11. Even if I'm buying scratch tickets and vapes. Oh, and fireworks! Lots of fireworks which is probably seasonal. Sometimes when I go in to buy vapes the guy will pretend I look too young to buy them. I am in my fifties! I don't look too young! Oh how we laugh. Ignore those old reviews. This 7-11 is terrific.

She gave me 2 tickets and my change and that was it . I then asked what happened to the free ticket and she told me that's what's in my hand . I explained to her that i wanted 3 tickets . The free one , and 2 i was purchasing . With an attitude she said to me give me a $1 I'll give you another ticket . That is not how this works . She basically took my free ticket . It was way too early to be that grumpy. This isn't the first experience of that from her either.

A glorious fever dream! Tapas galore! No full bar? Who cares? Four flavors of Sangria (red, white,…read moreblue w/Curaçao, passionfruit- naturally delicious!) and wine. With a google same day reservation, I rolled in with my little family of four and my mother-in-law. Gabriella, the chef's wife, treated us like family and every dish tasted like a hug. Highlights were the zesty Peruvian Ceviche (save bread for the sauce), tasty Steak Yucca Fries, and Berenjena con Miel - eggplant drizzled with honey and goat cheese. The Calamari was crispy and delicious even without the tentacles. Dessert was a victory lap with a smooth and creamy Flan, perfectly crunchy Churros, and Lemon Sorbet that looked like Olaf doing hot yoga. Then came free homemade limoncello to end the meal. It was bright, balanced, and dangerously good! We waddled out with joy! NOTES/TIPS: **Great solo, dates, friends, family. **Huge menu w/several vegetarian options and kids menu. **Wine and sangria available. **Gendered restrooms. Wheelchair-accessible. Indoor/outdoor seating. Warm modern vibes. **For 3 adults and 2 kids with their spaghetti and meatballs, 7 small plates left us very full. **Street parking if you're lucky, parking decks nearby. **Reservations recommended.

Service was top-notch, folks came back to help us pack up extras and also check on us multiple times. Stopped in on a hot day, tried a bunch: Pitcher of white sangria was a lovely cool sip, just about right for four of us per pitcher. Tapas/apps: - Special baked oyster fondue was only ok (reminded me of Oyster Rockefeller but not as flavorful and the cheese was mostly on the plate, not on the oyster); they had 3 on the plate and they noticed and had them make up a 4th for the 4th person at the table. Great service for that notice and sending a fourth one out - good touch. - Papas bravos was a good fingerling potato in a creme - Grilled octopus was ok - Peruvian ceviche was a touch too sour for me, but others liked it - had another potato dish but wasn't sure what it was called; just ok Mains, also shared: - Short ribs rigatoni was good, but not as good as the one at Ferraro's that I had earlier in the month - Seafood paella - not sure if this is a regional difference, but I'm used to having the crispy rice along the outside of the pan, crunch and savory -- the inside rice and shrimp, sausage and clams were ok, but missing the texture expected of a hot pan of paella rice, so left feeling like I missed out of something Dessert - churros were solid, with dulce de leche - lava cake was ok, not much melting (more like a little chocolate melted in the center but not enough to ooze out), but the chocolate cake was good, and the vanilla ice cream to the top always a good touch - they had a special fruit mix in a pastry shell - good fruit mix and the ice cream below was good - pastry was just ok, maybe needed something more like a napoleon's layers instead of being like a fried skin which ended up being a bit stuck in the teeth Overall great service, a mix of dishes that sometimes hit the mark and others missed, but will come here to try some other dishes that people at the table next to us ordered - the steak looked good, as did the fish!
