Shrimp lo Mein had no sort of taste and dry. The Shrimps were ok. Hot and sour soup very thinbland, hot, no sour, and no in between. For some reason this original review was removed and I ordered through YELP. I added a picture of my receipt . One good thing the hot and sour had no pork.

The sushi tacos were delicious! I ordered takeout and it was still nice and crunchy when I got home. If it wasn't on the pricey side, I would get it regularly. I placed my order through their website and paid cash in person. Make sure to check your order because I ended up with the wrong noodles. I ordered M3, but when I took my food out I home I realized they gave me M2. As takeout the noodles were okay. The chicken and broth tasted good, but because it was takeout the noodles were very stuck together. Would give it another try in store.

We moved to the area last fall and we're making my way through the local restaurants. This is a gem of a find: amazing service, incredible food, and a unique spin on each dish. Worth every penny. Don't hesitate for a second - get the Sushi Tacos, they're the best thing you'll eat all day.

Ordered for take out and was kinda disappointed. Ordered the black garlic ramen . Veggie bowl and the spicy salmon noir taco . The ramen was not good at all. The veggie bowl was okay but it was a bit too spicy. But the Nori taco was the only good thing .

Over-the-top but cute little place at the end of the Millburn strip. Nice and cool on a hot summer…read moreday. Feels a little odd to have iPad minis as menus, but then again it works very smoothly. The wine michelada was just OK, though I'm not an avid michelada drinker. It was made with care though. What WAS excellent though was the chicken molé poblano. I would have liked a bit more rice, but maybe because they are so generous with the delicious malty brown Oaxacan style chili pepper and Mexican chocolate sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly tender. My girlfriend's chicken fajita was very well done also. Service is good. We will be back.

Secondly, there were only a few people in the restaurant. The food itself was quite expensive compared to the overall experience, easily comparable to most establishments in Manhattan. Even though I really liked the ambiance with music and spaciousness, it felt strange spending about $100 for a dinner of two people. I did like the indoor decor and felt like the restaurant had a ton of potential but I just wasn't prepared for the sticker shock and lack of menu depth.

On my second visit, I tried the blackened shrimp and corn cakes, and that dish alone inspired me to finally leave a review. Every ingredient was so vibrant and delightful, with flavors that complimented each other beautifully. The sweet corn cakes combined with the heat of the shrimp and the creamy avocado were perfect. The various textures made each bite even better. My friend also loved the american waygu burger. The place was pretty packed around 4:30 pm on a Saturday, but service was still pretty quick. Our waitress was also super sweet and attentive. Definitely one of the best dinners I've had in the area. Amazing spot!!

My nephew who lives nearby treated us to an al fresco meal recently while visiting for a family event. My pulled pork smashed burger was everything you want in a packed meat sandwich, with an onion ring and tangy sauce on the brioche bun. The sweet potato fries and a refreshing mocktail to drink made for a perfect meal. Sweetie ate a pasta bolognese (I think) which looked and ate good, and drowned it with a nice glass of red wine. It was packed on the Friday night we visited, with folks lined up for seating, or to hang at the bar and enjoy the bar scene. No reservations. Our late dinner worked fine as the mostly millennial and Gen-Z crowd started thinning shortly after we arrived. Millburn has always been a draw for neighboring townsfolk in search of a meal out. I remember this foodie town from 25 years ago, when its pizza, kosher and diner offerings were top notch. It seems to have upgraded its food scene several notches since my last visit so many years ago. Pure nostalgia for me which made for a very flavorful evening. TOP TIP: Street parking in this part of town is a hassle and the local cops keep a sharp eye for illegally parked cars and inebriated drivers. So park further away from the center of town where you are more likely to snag a legal spot on a busy night.

Once we entered we got greeted by the host and got seated promptly. The place was pretty big inside and was not too loud. Ordered the tacos pollo ($14) which came in 4 and was pretty good. Also got the sopes carnitas ($15.10) which also came in 4 and was really filling and delicious. I like the sope better. The Coca Cola ($3.25) is the glass bottle type that you see at Mexican restaurants. Overall this is a solid Mexican spot and I would recommend this place if you are in the mood for tacos and sopes. * Great service

She seemed as if she didn't understand so I asked her if she understood what I was saying. She waved her hand toward the bathroom and said "okay". When I went to open the door it was locked. I said, "oh sorry" and then waited patiently. She comes out, I go in. As I'm leaving I say, "Thank you". When I'm almost to the door the young worker said, "you're not supposed to use the bathroom". I turned around and asked her to repeat herself. After I explained the earlier exchange with the lady that said I could use it she actually said I was lying. I told her I wasn't, but then explained to her that we all are working on the same side of servicing the community, we should be sticking together, and there is nothing wrong with allowing a delivery person to use the restroom. She continued to be argumentative and say I wasn't supposed to and that I was lying. This establishment was completely empty during the afternoon on a Friday. I have decided to leave this review because, as a black woman, I cannot be sure if her disrespect was racially motivated, especially in this social climate. I would never recommend someone patron a business that treats potential customers in such a classless and demeaning manner. It's unfortunate that she felt so comfortable being so disrespectful to a grown woman despite being addressed respectfully. The owner needs to sit her down and explain how the way she handled that was inappropriate and how split decisions can affect business. She definitely has some maturing to do.

I've now eaten here twice and was pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavor in their burrito…read moremojado, which means "wet." True to form, there's so much salsa on the burrito that it comes in a bowl to contain it all. Drenched in a salsa de chile and sour cream, the burrito is so deliciously moist that you'll likely have trouble keeping it together when you take a knife and fork to it. (Forget about hand-holding this bad boy. Maybe the California burrito will be more manageable in that respect.) The salsa is excellent, with a robust flavor to it and only the slightest hint of natural sweetness and an earthiness that almost hints at a smokiness. (I don't care much for sweet or smoky, so it's quite a feat that the complexity brings just a touch of those elements without letting it get out of control.) I'm not even sure if there's a single ingredient that stands out: It all just works together brilliantly. The space is well-lighted and bright, even on a dreary January afternoon. My two visits have been during off-hours, so there was almost no wait and the tables were orderly and clean. I'll have to try the tacos and other offerings, but they got a lot exactly right. I just hope it's able to maintain that quality.

I found it to be more satisfying with fresher ingredients than the average Chipotle bowl. The potatoes were toasty and soft and the pollo asado was fresh off the grill. Rather than toss the ingredients together, they thoughtfully prepared the bowl with a good amount of everything. There was a dedicated pickup shelf for a fast and easy pickup for online orders. The space is bright and welcoming. The staff was attentive and handed me a cup to get a refreshing mango agua fresca.

They only have outdoor seating, and you have to go around the back for the dining area. I liked that they had games on each table (giant uno, giant Jenga) so it seems like a cool spot to meet up with some friends. There was some sort of taco special going on (2 for $8, but add $1 if it's a seafood taco). Here is what we ordered: -Pork belly taco (roasted pork belly, salsa verde, pickled red onion) - definitely my favorite. The pork was so tender and flavorful -Lobster taco - (chilled lobster, chipotle aioli, red onion, corn, avocado, blue corn hard shell) - this was kind of like a lobster salad but I really liked it. I considered ordering another one of these two but I was already full from the additional pork belly taco -Crispy fish taco (panko breaded white fish, lettuce, pico, chipotle mayo, flour tortilla) - this was a solid fish taco -Spicy jerk chicken taco (roasted chicken thigh, mango salsa, crema, pickled onion, guacamole) - this one was my least favorite. The chicken was dry, and it's pretty hard to overcook chicken thigh -Birria burrito lunch special - my husband ordered this one and it was soo dry. Since it said birria, we thought it would have come with consommé, but it didn't. I don't think that would have helped much though. Lunch specials come with your choice of yellow rice & black beans, salad, or fries. He chose fries and they tasted like when you have leftover fries from McDonalds and pop them in the toaster oven the next day (not good) -Chicharron - tough and dry As I mentioned, this spot is a little far for us so I would probably only go back if I was ever in the area for some more pork belly and lobster tacos. But I wouldn't go out of my way to do so. Tip - BYOB
