The bottle of water provided appeared dirty, which we noticed after being there awhile. When I asked for a to go box, the busser went to the back to get one for me. After the gentleman walked away I looked in the box before placing my food in, and saw crumbs in one corner and short dark hairs. By this point we had reached the end of our dining experience, so it wasn't worth making a fuss over, we just left.
