As someone with a gluten allergy, I was a little nervous at first, but the grilled nuggets are a total lifesaver, and they even have broccoli as a side. I went with the medium grilled combo and paired it with the Smokin' J's BBQ sauce -- the nuggets were juicy, packed with flavor, and incredibly fresh. The portion was generous enough that I brought home leftovers for later. I also tried their homemade blueberry lemonade, it was refreshing. For anyone who can enjoy gluten, the wings and nuggets looked amazing -- and the sauce options alone could spark a serious debate! Service was quick and friendly. It wasn't crowded when we walked in, but I can definitely picture this spot getting busy during peak hours. The staff was fun to joke with, and the place was clean with plenty of parking. It's a great spot to get tasty food fast. Downsides: limited seating, so not ideal for larger groups wanting to dine in, and no bathroom on-site. Being part of a strip mall, though, you've got other stores nearby if needed. If I lived closer, this would definitely be a staple spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flavorful, fast, gluten-friendly nuggets!

We tried the Tikkaville sandwich and medium-spicy tenders, and both were good -- crunchy, spicy with a very manageable kick, and filled with tender, juicy chicken. There are a few areas that could make the food even better. The tenders have a dry, crunchy breading that tends to fall off the chicken, and since most of the seasoning is concentrated in the coating, the chicken itself can taste a little bland. The chipotle dipping sauce definitely helps. The Tikkaville sandwich has a great concept, but the tikka sauce could use some refinement. It leans a little acidic; I think a creamier, smokier, butter-chicken-style sauce could make the sandwich richer and much more crave-worthy. Prices are reasonable and the ambiance is nice, although you can constantly hear the fryer running in the background. It's a self serve concept so not much to report here. I really admire what Namkeen is trying to do -- it's a creative concept with plenty of potential. With a little more refinement and consistency, I think it could go from "good" to something you genuinely crave and keep coming back for.

The setup is convenient--you order at the counter and then find a table to sit. There was plenty of seating available, the vibe is nice, and the staff are friendly. K so (say it out loud ;)) I come here and order the Matthew! Steak, ketchup (I bring my own) and chips all on a hard shell! Only one! SO friendly. I always love to show them my trick with Fruit by the Foot upon arrival. I can't spoil what it is, so hopefully you get lucky enough to see me do it! I was very nervous my first time going here. Because of the ethnic name of "Chipotle", I spent weeks trying to learn Spanish. Day and night, going over conjugations, proper pronunciation, even traveling to Ecuador to familiarize myself with the people. I was a victim of a hate crime during my time in Ecuador, and was falsely imprisoned for three years due to a case of mistaken identity. But one thing kept me motivated, during those dark days in solitary confinement: knowing I would one day be able to order at Chipotle in Madison. In prison, I met a beautiful Sri Lankan man on "La Diablo Mesa", and he was doing the same thing, except to order pizza from Sbarro. He thought Ecuador was an Italian-speaking country. I knew then and there, we were meant to be. Prison hardened me, for sure, and the unspeakable things done to me and the fellow inmates will live with me forever. Sometimes, I wake up in a cold sweat, thinking about the horrors that our fellow man can do to each other. In an attempt to believe in the human spirit again, I proposed to that confused Sri Lankan man in the early morning on Valentine's Day 2020. I was set to return home on March 10, 2020. Unfortunately, the novel Coronavirus struck the globe, and I was ordered to stay in the cell for another year. My Spanish (and Sri Lankan) really improved during this time, and I knew, for sure, I was ready to order when I was able to come home. Walking into the Madison Chipotle for the first time did something powerful to me. All the darkness, hate, bickering and torture I faced in that Ecuadorian prison all went away faster than you can say "guacamole". I also realized that the workers spoke perfect English! Who knew! read more

I go to Chipotles all across the country as I travel a lot for work. My review will be primarily about this specific location as opposed to Chipotle the company. The location itself is one of the lesser busy stores that I have been to, however it still can get semi busy during lunch hours. The parking lot is pretty small as well and can sometimes be difficult to find a parking spot. Inside, the store is nice will large pane windows facing the street. Outside seating is severely lacking. There are only two small tables with two chairs each outside. It would be nice for more in the summer. The first time I tried this location, the food was... Off. I don't know how to explain it, but it didn't taste right. The next couple of times the food was back to normal so I will call it a fluke. Other than that my only complaint of this store is it seems like the amount of food you are given varies quite a bit from time to time. Sometimes my bowl seems to weigh 3 pounds and is filled to the brim, other times it seems like it is less than a pound and barely fills the center of the bowl. read more
