The Adobada is sliced off a rotisserie which is truly authentic Mexican. I can't say enough about how good they were. Also got Elote! Mexican street corn. Upon walking into TacoMasa, we were warmly greeted right away. The staff offered us menus, asked if we had any questions, and even offered samples of the meats before we ordered. Everyone was polite and welcoming, which made a great first impression. We ordered Combo #1 with asada, plus a side of beans and rice. The food was hand-delivered to our table, and they checked on us twice during the meal to make sure everything was good. The tacos were very flavorful and fresh--definitely a highlight--but they are on the pricier side compared to some other spots. Before we left, they thanked us for visiting, which was a nice touch. Not understanding the hype here. I think it's mid at best. Located in a plaza with other small restaurants. We ordered a variety of things to try as it was our first time and I gotta say, nothing really wowed us. Not to say they're bad but definitely not the best. Or even close to that. Service was good. Friendly staff but the food was so dry and underportioned. They charge $15 for their version of the loaded fries and it was literally just fries with meat sprinkled. The cheese was nowhere melted and cold. Everything was bland. Definitely needed some seasoning or at the minimum, salt. I will say everything just seemed to have been thrown together. The only issue was that the guacamole was so cold that my tacos turned cold almost instantly. It was a shame I was looking forward to that asada with the meat being grilled over a charcoal grill. I have tasted it before and it was delicious. Not sure if they changed the salsa recipe but it was slightly spicier which I like. It even had a slight Smokey flavor. Tasty. The service was excellent. This place was pure fire, came here last week ordered the carne asada burrito ordered for it with sour cream but they didnt put any in my burrito and couldn't complain since I was already home, didnt like the beans though, next time Ill remove the beans and or have them used the refried beans if thats possible. Also got the lengua tacos and the chicken tacos, and I would definitely reorder the lengua again next time, but not the chicken it was kinda dry. My cousin ordered the pork fries and pork nachos and I would definitely get the nachos again, the fries was a bit soggy, but the nachos stayed crispy and the seasoning on the pork was one of our favorites. Also got the horchata and I like how it wasn't watered down and not too grainy like some mexican places. The service was great because they were friendly and attentive but we did do a phone order and they were still 15 minutes late on the order even when we told them the time we were going to pick the food up.
