I love Mexican food leftovers. My mom keeps asking, so I been here three weekends straight. Tried six different things. Not a breakfast burrito yet ironically. Nachos, tacos and asada fries are my favorite so far. They have green and red sauce, but no pickled carrots or radish or anything like that. I find the green is spicier. Red is perfect. Has some kick, but not overpowering and doesn't linger so you can enjoy it. Ask what's in the entrees or figure it out as you go like I'm doing. Some of the ingredients aren't for me, like iceberg lettuce. Come ready to eat. You'll get a lot of good food.

When the meat has to be chopped up so fine, almost like ground beef, then you know they are using sub par meat and I still had a lot of gristle. Sorry won't be coming back

Greeted in the front counter. Ordered Carne Asada Tacos, Tripa Taco, lengua taco, Flautas and Large Coke Pl. Sat down and waited for our number to be called. 10 minutes later our number was called. Everything looked and smelled good!! Asked for extra salsa. Took a bite of my tacos which was delicous! This place definitely gave me my fix for Mexican food. They were not stingy with their hotsauce this time around. I appreciated that. Overall I would come back when I have a chance. Food is pretty good. There is lots of parking in the back and on the street. Friendly customer service. This place upgraded their tables which looks nice. Clean establishment. This place gets packed in peak hours. I was fortunate to come at the right time.

We were a fairly good sized group of 9 and sat side by side on two booths that were separated by a glass partition that they removed. My brother-in-law told me the place is packed on the weekends and, judging by the food, I don't doubt it. The portions are big and the flavors strong, but not overpowering. The sampler plate is enough to share and is a good choice for someone who wants a little bit of everything. The carnitas were really good. It wasn't dry and the pieces were thin cut slices. With my flour tortillas and their delicious salsa, it was mouthwateringly good. The chicken fajitas, like the sampler, were enough to share. In fact, my wife and mother-in-law shared a plate. The molcajete was sizzling hot with delicious fish and shrimp and pulpo (octopus). I'm not a pulpo fan, but my brother-in-law ate everything and said it was delicious. Parking is tight and if you're traveling too fast on Carson going eastbound you might miss it. If you're traveling westbound, you need to turn on the street before the restaurant. The staff were really nice and polite and even sang happy birthday to my brother-in-law and gave him a sombrero for the pics, to boot. It truly was a wonderful night of family and good food and a place we'll put on our regular rotation soon.

When we called the store, the manager immediately got defensive, treated the situation like a personal attack, and acted as if I was trying to scam him instead of raising a legitimate health concern. He kept repeating that his system showed no bean removal on Uber Eats, refused to listen, and made it clear he had already decided I was wrong. No apology. No attempt to help. No professionalism. It felt like he had personal beef with the complaint and took it way too personally, instead of handling it like a manager. To top it off, he hung up the phone without warning or courtesy--just ended the call. Food mistakes happen. Attitude problems don't have to. When allergies are involved, dismissiveness and ego are unacceptable. If you value customer service--or your health--be very cautious ordering from Pepe's Mexican Food
