I went alone after my amazing gym experience, yeah, I'll YELP that too. I was hungry and tired. This place fixed me up with the best Quesadilla with carne asada this side of the border. Not only that but this "gringa" found a green sauce that is mild enough for my somewhat cardboard palate. They even gave me the recipe. So I owe them a homemade carrot cake, so what. I was super excited about this new taco truck because of the warm hand made tortillas. But I have to say that I tried their tacos de asada and was very disappointed. The meat was dry,flavorless and had a rubbery texture. These tacos had big chuncks of meat that were mostly fat. Hopefully they change the way the prepare the meat. And I will go back. In the meantime I'll keep visiting the other taco trucks for their juicy flavorful tacos. read more

Tortillas were 5 star, the rest was 1 star. One bite from the taco, and a stream of juices sprayed in a 2 foot radius. Eat closely over a plate, and not over your lap to avoid a $3 taco being $75. Tip of the iceberg, had to wash it down with a luke warm coke. 2 stars is generous, would not try them again. read more

Pretty good. I liked the Asada. Classic street taco. The pork I was expecting to be more like Pastor, the sweet and spicy, but it was more like pulled port and I bit into a habanero that wasn't listed in the ingredients and my pregnant self about died. I think my future son hates me. Very skeleton list of options. Tortillas were handmade and delicious though. I'd like to see more and to be able to read the menu next time, though. read more

I had to come and try this food truck, I was so amazed of how they make your order from scratch! They start from the tortilla to the sauce and to plate. The birria tacos taste and smell like Mexico! Best tacos I've ever tried. Carlos the owner takes great pride in hand making the corn tortilla right in front of you and than you pick your choice of meat and he put on the secret salsa. The salsa is perfect not to hot or mild. All the flavors come together on each bite. I ordered the steak taco excellent . Finally!!!!! Amazing, homemade Mexican food in Napa with the PERFECT amount of spice! You can taste the hard work put into each handmade tortilla. These tortillas are so fresh and don't break when their homemade salsa is dripping everywhere. Quesadillas where the meat is actually coming out the sides because they don't skimp on the amount of meat put into each one. This is how things should be done. One of the best tacos I have had in a long time! Super friendly, and quick service. Perfect portion size for the money. I got the Baja Cod tacos. 2 of them for 4 dollars each and I was stuffed. The cilantro lime sauce that came with it was icing on the cake. Homemade tortillas that I could eat for days. Will be back tomorrow for another great lunch! read more

This is one of the few decent taco trucks in Napa. They used to be over off Kaiser road during the lunch hour but they've since moved. The food was amazing and decently priced. My boyfriend and I went down to the food truck corral near the movie theatre and had tacos from taco addiction. We chatted it up with the owner Carlos, he couldn't have been nicer what a doll. He told us all about how he started his business with barely a dime to his name but his passion in life was food. He learned to cook from his mother, and he wanted to share it with everyone. My boyfriend had tacos and he said they were amazing, and he would know he is truly taco addicted.
