The months between when Taco Vado's closed their drive-through on Ash and opened their sit-down restaurant on Northwest Boulevard were among the longest and saddest of my time in Spokane. This is my go-to spot for carnitas tacos, breakfast burritos... but also vegan bowls, a terrific kale salad and -- unexpectedly -- amazing French toast. It's as if I wrote a memo outlining all the food I missed from L.A., and someone built a menu just for me. I could eat every meal here. I tell everyone I meet to eat here. Picked up a lulu breakfast burrito and a breakfast pork burrito, both were very good , prices were around 10/11$ each , this is a good spot

The service was super fast. I called from 3 miles away and by the time I arrived my food was almost ready. Their vegan tacos are so delicious. I will definitely be buying here from now on. What a yummy spot and such a cool concept. I love that our city is constantly evolving with new innovative ideas. The chefs were great. What was exceptionally cool about this was that it is a drive thru coffee stand but the food is superior quality and flavor. Just off of Ash, that busy road - the coffee stand turned little taco shop is cute as can be. We were hoping to get food to eat on a friend's patio close by and it was the perfect choice. We were actually able to call and then noticed they were busy so we asked if we could order through Instagram which is always better. From being a server, written down orders are my preference. Solid breakfast burritos, but not the best I have had. I tried the Lulu and my husband had the green chili breakfast burrito. He was disappointed that it was not at all spicy, but luckily the red salsa added some heat. Counter help was very friendly and service was quick on a Saturday morning. Very disappointed in this four-star establishment, that's why I went to this establishment in the first place because of the four-star rating but I guess people don't know how to rate Mexican restaurants or Mexican takeout there's taco Vado got to go ordered a 20 ounce drink got a 12 ounce drink ordered rice and beans got white rice I'm Hispanic I grew up with brown rice Mexican rice never in my wildest dreams did I ever get in the white rice the beans are OK other than that I won't go back there. Ps: also forgot, they give you a bag of chips but no salsa dip. I got the breakfast burrito with Barbacoa and an americano. Burrito amazing, coffee taste great, and good service. 4 stars because they have no sauce to put on your food! I live for breakfast burritos. Also coffee. They have both! I stopped here at the tail end of a cross country road trip, and ended up returning for a second cold brew (honestly that was too much coffee) after slamming my food parked in my car a block away. I had the Chile Verde breakfast burrito, which I demolished. I also ordered a side of queso and chips that I saved for the rest of the day's drive. I will 100% be returning on my drive back across country and I intend to try out their barnacoa and add pickled onions. Also the maple superior looks delicious, so I'll probably get that as well. As you drive the Maple Street corridor toward downtown every morning, you notice the coffee shops on the commute come....and go....and renew with a new one now and then. This location has been many a coffee stand, but when I saw "Taco" in the new name, I knew I had to look into it! I used Door Dash for the first order and was genuinely impressed - the simplicity in presentation of my Vegan Burrito Bowl was balanced by flavors that were surprisingly delicious! I knew I needed more! The Door Dash driver even made comment on how pleasant the lady working the stand was and she knew she needed to stop to try it herself.
