The eating space is a few booths in the corner of a grocery/thrift/convenience store off Dayton Blvd in Red Bank. The salsa is not the Americanized version you dig your chips into unless you like the flaming depths of hell on your tongue. This salsa is a condiment! I used it sparingly and it packed a punch! I had a spicy chicken dish served with rice and beans and tortillas. My friend had a chicken and zucchini dish. We both gave the food 5 stars! I would recommend BUT there is no service past the basics - take the order & bring the food. We had to go in search of more water (that salsa!!) and waited at the counter to pay for a while. However if you want good food and can do without the rest - I highly recommend.

I've spent years in this town as a college student and after, yet for some reason I've never had…read morethe opportunity to eat here before. So finally after all these years, I came here with my dad. Service was fast and helpful. There are many tables and places to sit. They have a large menu too. I ordered the Beef Chimichangas with all the sides, and my dad had the Chicken Fajitas. Food came out pretty quick. I will say, the portion size is incredible. The price is reasonable depending on the time you come for lunch or dinner, and they give you so much. For me, I love all the sides and some places tend to give a meager amount, but not this place. And they didn't even cheap out on the guacamole amount too. I had some to take home at the end, so I was happy about that. Although the food was decent and plentiful, I will say that it lacked flavor for me. It wasn't amazing in comparison to all the Mexican places I've tried around the area. And also I guess from eating Mexican food in California, I have a high standard. Like I reiterated before, great portion size but a little disappointing regarding the flavor. It felt like it was missing something, maybe a little salt but also something more that I can't put my finger on. I'm not sure if I would come back.

Their happy hour goes til 8 PM, so of course I had to get a marg, which was on the sweeter side. For food, I got the Burrito Trigo w/ steak and it was delicious! I'm truly excited to come back to try their other meals!
