I ordered the birria tacos, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. They come with a rich, flavorful consommé for dipping--it's like the French dip of the taco world. Every bite was packed with flavor, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone visiting. As I looked around the dining room, every dish heading to neighboring tables looked fresh, colorful, and beautifully prepared. It definitely left me wanting to come back and work my way through more of the menu. Whether you've never been before or haven't visited since the change in ownership, LA TAQUERIA deserves a stop.
