This place is in a small strip mall. There were a couple booths but it appears it's mostly a take-out business. We ordered a supreme pizza for take-out, because the AC wasn't working when we stopped in. It was very tasty, and came out fairly quickly. I really wanted to like Nellie's Pizza Shop, but it's hard to support a business when the owner is online attacking anyone who doesn't share his political beliefs. He's been bashing people who don't support Trump -- which is not only unprofessional, it's a great way to chase away half your potential customers. Businesses should bring communities together, not divide them over politics. To make matters worse, the pizza itself is average at best. There's nothing special about it -- certainly not enough to make up for the owner's attitude. It's also worth noting that the owner isn't even from here -- he's Canadian -- which makes the political rants even more out of place. If you're looking for great pizza and a welcoming atmosphere, there are plenty of other local spots that focus on good food and good service rather than online drama. We ordered two medium pizzas and we tried the Poutine. Honestly, the pizza was just ordinary. I didn't taste anything particular with the sauce and the pizza crust was a bit dry. The poutine I never heard of before so decided to try it . The gravy had good flavor, but the fries needed to be crispy and not so soggy. Family was in town and they went to get pizza. The cook had his small child in a soggy wet diaper running around the restaurant tables. She got up onto a tables and danced on them with her bare feet. When she was on one of the tables proceeded to take off her soggy wet diaper, leaving it on the table. Then she got down, went into the middle of the restaurant floor, now half naked and pooped on the floor. My family member had to go back to the kitchen and asked the cook if she was his child. (no one else was claiming her) He came out and apologized for her and took her back into the back. Cleaned up the floor... and went right back to cooking. He did not wash his hands between handling the poop clean up and cooking the rest of my families food. When he brought the food out to rake home, he did not say one word, just handed them the food. The food (over $50 worth) was already paid for, and the cook who they assumed must be the owner did not offer any consulation. My family brought the food home and after they shared their experience with the rest of us, we just threw all the pizza and fries in the garbage. We then went out to an establishment that we knew the owners and would not be subjected to this. What could improve? That little child should be attended at all times as she is not old enough to run restaurant, and all employees should WASH their hands any time they step away from food prep to take care of something else! 1 star is too gracious, NO stars is more correct. read more

I'm only posting it because I finally tried the panzos after sticking to pizza for awhile and had admittedly never heard of a panzos until going to Nellie's.
