I was down visiting my friend in Conway this past weekend and we all agreed wings sounded great! They recommended Wing Kings and from walking in to leaving, everything was great! The vibe of the restaurant and the employees were amazing and always makes things better with great service! We had a semi large group and a child, we ordered the spring rolls, garlic toast, fried pickles to start, that was all amazing. Between 5 of us we had 61 wings of different flavors and every single wing was perfect. My only regret is I didn't order more!! Stopped in here last Thursday for the first time. Small quaint space, very clean. Was greeted by who I found out was the owner. I was doing take out. Place my order for 18 wings ( 9 Garmasan and 9 Hot Teriyaki ). I also ordered their Fried Mushrooms. Was told it will be out in 25 minutes and was spot on. Got home and was overwhelmed by the flavor of the wings, tender and juicy. The fried mushrooms were outstanding. Juicy and cook to perfection!! Stopped in for lunch, i was the only customer in restaraunt. I placed my order at 12:20 for 6 piece wings and small side of fries. Recieved my order just after 1pm, after my lunch break had already ended. Bartender and delivery guy were nice, but there was no sense of urgency on the food. After waiting over 40 minutes for my food, the sauce was good, but the wings were overcooked and very dry. Also, as the cook dropped off my food he told the bartender he was gonna leave and to call him if any orders came in, so he could come back. Im guessing lots of people have to wait, since they dont keep a cook on the premises at all times. Wanted to get some wings nearby and stopped here for the first time. We were glad we did! Friendly atmosphere, quick service, and great prices. Started with an order of fried mushrooms that came with homemade Ranch to dip, yum!! Fresh cut French fries come in orders of 1/2 lb or a full pound. We opted for the 1/2 lb basket and was plenty to share. For our meal we ended up splitting 18 wings; half extra hot Buffalo sauce, the other half Garmesan (their version of garlic Parmesan). The wings were exactly what I was hoping for. Perfectly crispy large wings tossed in delicious sauces. The extra hot was borderline almost too hot, but the blue cheese helped to calm the fire. This place has some of the best wings I have tasted. However, it is so dirty. I went in last night for a pickup order, there was two buckets in the middle of the floor catching a ceiling leak. Not sure what it was leaking because it was not raining, I was scared to look. And my feet were sticking to the floor every time I moved. This place is magnificent with their wings and fries! You have to get a giant basket of fries, they're just that good! The wings are crispy and tasty. So many different sauces and rubs to choose from. Teryaki, ranch, and lemon pepper are my favorite. Unfortunately it seems like each time I go to visit, it takes a long time for the food to come out so expect to spend a decent amount of time at the restaurant. I would suggest doing a to-go order. I do absolutely love the wings & fries here, have never been disappointed. The down side here is the cleanliness of the restaurant, it always looks dark and dingy. The service is hit or miss, whether or not you get someone friendly or not. The biggest drawback right now, is they lost their liquor licence and I was told they would not be getting it back... that is ridiculous for a 'bar' type establishment. For me, that means I won't visit as often. I love beer with my wings. Also, some of the things I heard the staff say about customers coming in to pick up food was just ignorant. As a business owner myself, you never talk about customers negatively, especially in front of other customers. The restaurant has new management and clean up but the service has gone down hill. It is bad when you order food on the phone and they tell you 30 mins and you are that far away. So when you show up they take even longer the 30 mins to get food. And associates just stand around not doing anything other then talking and instead of trying to figure out why the kitchen is taking so long they don't.
