I was expecting at least one thing to be just ok. All of it was great and perfect. The sauces aren't hot but I'm ok with that. They are tasty though. They give a good amount. Ordered the monster quesadilla with pastor meat and the meat tasted funny seemed like it was marinated with marinara sauce legit tasted like pizza with dough. My son had the flautas potato inside there was no cheese on top and they were skinny with almost no filling overall was a very whatever experience could of spent those 60$ on a better dinner meh read more

This is a outside food truck along with 8 other food trucks. They had the seating area nicely set up I felt like I was at a regular patio restaurant. It was a great experience because they had the tables under a shaded area on concrete floor. They kept the area very Clean the restrooms have running power with lights water and flushing toilet its in a small brick building so no need to worry about using a dirty Porta potty lol.... the food was amazing they grill all the meat its mouth watering. I had a chicken taco on a sopa along with a monster tostada. What i love is that they have a free small salsa bar will several different salsas to choose from check out my pictures. The salsa gave a more powerful taste to the food. Next time I travel to this area I will definitely stop by every time. Ordered Indian fry bread taco. When my number was called I committed the unpardonable sin of not taking my receipt with me. I repeated my order complete with how I ordered my taco . Lite lettuce and things like that. I was rudely informed by one person and he was backed up by another. Not polite at all . I guess there is wholesale food theft going on there. Ordered the Zombie burrito without meat Indian fry bread taco without meat, substitute rice Both were excellent (5 out of 5) What was awesome is that they charged $2 less per item because we didn't have meat on our food. Lots of places charge the same even if you take out the meat but Taco Monster was considerate of vegetarians. Also, their salsa bar was tasty. Three salsas and an avocado sauce in addition to cucumbers, lemon, radishes, and I think peppers. Only change I might make is turn the music down 20%. Felt like we were at the club! They have a stuffed yellow pepper called an torito that is worth your time. It's stuffed with carne asada and cheese and the baked. The el pastor tacos are super moist and top notch. The salsa selection is fresh and in covered mini fridge. This is another of the fun spots in the newish area where numerous trucks serve food. This one has good food with the tag line of monster size. It's fresh and tasty with a fun carnitas torta. The water was cold and the prices we alright. Really loved this place. I ordered an asada quesadilla with a flour tortilla and it was fantastic. It's rare that I can be full off of one quesadilla but I truly was after eating the stuffed 14" tortilla! In fact I was so sure I wouldn't be full that I ordered an al pastor sope. That left a little to be desired both in the bready sope part and the actual al pastor. I would definitely recommend ordering the asada as your meat, no matter what kind of food you get. I was disappointed with the level of service and poor attitude by the lady that gave me our food. I understand the policy that you must have a receipt to get your food, in a sit down restaurant. It was the attitude associated with the way she pointed out the policy after I told her I left it at the table. This is exactly why I hate tipping before service is giving. So good! The portions were unbelievable! We showed up so excited to eat tacos and ended up leaving with half the menu! The guy behind the counter couldn't of been nicer and more helpful! He answers all our questions and we ended up ordering, tacos, nachos, hot dogs and taco rolls? The nachos had so much meat on them with super good melted cheese! I wasn't as impressed as I was expecting to be based on other reviews and pictures. The food was pretty good but it was really expensive. $4.49 for chips and salsa. Why they have a salsa bar. So I paid $4.49 for a little bowl of greasy overcooked chips. The Toritos were good but $9.00 for 3 was pretty high.
