Came here with buyers from another country And the waitress was so rude couldn't even give us a recommendation for freakin' local beer. Also she acted like we don't speak English because of our skin color. I ordered online and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. The food was ready, I just couldn't get anyone to assist me. I went to the hostess stand and asked the young lady if she could get my food and she told me I would have to go to the pick up area to get the food. That's where I was in the first place. Finally a young lady brought me my food. When I got to the car I decided to double check the order and they had left out one of the sides that was order and the dressing for the wings. I went back in, and showed the young lady in the to go area the receipt and asked for my side and dressing. Five minutes go by and she comes out, puts the items in a bag and I leave. When I get home I noticed that I still didn't get the dressing for the wings! So now I have cold food and no dressing for the wings. Very disappointed!! read more

Food is really good. Their colossal cake slices are pretty huge. Only reason I didn't rate a 5 is b/c sometimes their wings don't appear to be fully cooked. They are fatty at times and tough to eat. I guess depending on which flavor you order. However for the most part this place is a good choice to eat at. read more

Not sure if this pertains to just this location or the chain itself, but prices have increased while portions have decreased. My 20 wings were half dry from the lack of sauce and I received a small container of ranch when this is a sharing size. Previously we would receive either a larger ranch size or there would be two included. Our order of nachos was also disappointing because the portion size was a third of what we used to get and sour cream and guac were missing. My fiancé barely worked here for three weeks as a fry cook before the GM started calling him a "f*cking idiot" TWICE for asking for help, being the only cook in the restaurant with 40 open tickets. Even his coworkers agreed they were rude people. The few wings I've tried were really good, but these jerks don't deserve my, or any, money at all. My experience at this Taco Mac has been awesome! By far the best Taco Mac I have ever been to and I have been to 5 other locations that I can think of. Multiple occasions at the Suwanee Mac, the owner comes to my table and makes sure everyone is enjoying their experience. That never happened at any of the other spots. Try the roasted honey chipotle wings. My fav! I can't think of any complaints other than, it's kind of hard to diet when their oven baked mac n cheese is so delicious!! Terrible service, slow waiter, cold and dry food! I guess that pretty much sums it up. Took 10 min to get a drink order, first offense. Waited 20+ min to get food, second offense. Once food was received chicken wings were dry beyond repair, even the ranch couldn't save it and the fries were cold, third offense. Service here is always hit or miss. Today was a definite miss. It was pretty empty inside and there was no one at the door to seat us so we had to wait a minute or two. Fine, no big deal. We sit down and the waitress brings us our water and gives us a few minutes to look at the menu. We order a Cobb salad, a bacon cheddar ranch burger with Mac n cheese and wings with fries. Food probably took about 20 minutes to come out. When it finally does, I notice the salad is small and has no chicken. I tell the waitress I ordered a Cobb salad. She says she thought I said a house salad. I am not sure how Cobb sounds like House, but whatever. Fine, mistakes happen. She's apologetic for making the mistake. Then I realize she didn't give my mom any utensils for her Mac n cheese, so I have to ask her for a fork. She says "sure", but I'm not understanding why it didn't occur to her that mac n cheese would require some sort of utensil. She finally brings my Cobb salad out and again, no utensils. Yet again, I have to ask for a fork. I don't think this is a waiter/waitress thing. I think it's a common sense thing. She was nice enough but her mind must have been completely preoccupied while we were there. My mom enjoyed her burger and Mac n cheese. So that's why there's 2 stars instead of one. Other than that, the other food was just ok and service was, well, you already know. Other times we have been there their service has been crappy too. They forget things - a lot. Terrible Customer Service!!! I called to place a order a little after 12 midnight at the Suwanee Taco Mac. This location is open until 2am, I assumed this would be a easy way to pick up late night food. My initial called was never answered, the phone rang and rang with no answer. I called back and the automated system let me know I could place a order online. So I went online and placed an order for pickup. After placing the order, I called again to see if someone would pickup to verify my order went through. A server answered and I told them I recently placed an order and was calling to see if it went through and to see if the 30 min pick up time was accurate. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes for pick up. I arrived at the Taco Mac 20 minutes later. I walked in and no was at the greeting station. I ask a server where should I pick up a online order. They told me to go to the bar. I walk to the bar where two bar tenders were working. Neither one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. I stood there for several minutes until a server asked me if I was there to pick up a order. I said yes and he went to the kitchen to get someone to assist me. I could tell the whole pick up process was broken as more people arrive to pick up orders. We all stood there until someone came to help us. I can say the sever was nice who came to assist myself and the other people picking up orders. She directed us to a back room booth. After helping two people get there orders and payments, she asked me my name and went to get my order. After returning she ask me if I ordered boneless wings, and I told her no. She ask to see my online order and if I was at the right location. I showed her my order and she return to the kitchen. A few minutes later the manager came up to me and ask to see my order on the phone. I showed him my order. He took my phone and said that I didn't make a payment for my order. When I placed my order online, I was prompted to bring my ID and Card to pay in person. I told him that. My ordered was grayed out after I placed it online and I told him I called as well to verify that my order went through. I was reassured that it did and it would be ready in 20 minutes. After this long ordeal the only thing he asked if I still wanted to place my order. He never apologized for my inconvenience or did anything to correct the situation. I have been a customer of Taco Mac for many years. I know that I will never return to this location or recommend it. The whole time I was there the customer service was lack lustered. I could see as people coming in being ignored.The staff seem more interested in closing the place and cleaning rather than helping customers. The roasted wings are very very over cooked. Everything else is great the fried wings are great the lemon pepper wings are a dry rub I like them wet. The Queso is out standing. My boyfriend considers himself to be a wing connoisseur- he ordered mild, extra crispy wings, I had the mild, and my cousin had the BBQ- they were all delicious. I've always liked the atmosphere at Taco Mac... I think it might have something to do with having 50 beers on tap or maybe because they have over 300 different bottled beers? The first time I went to TM was at the Lindbergh location and I thought it was the perfect place to just chill with friends and get trashed. The Suwanee location has more of a family-friendly feel, with families and little kiddies running around and stuffing their faces with chicken fingers. This cuts off around bed time and it's easy to continue the let's-see-how-many-different-beers-I-can-drink routine. In comparison to the Lindbergh location, the Suwanee TM is a lot less congested with the same great service! I'd recommend getting a TM Passport (www.tacomac.com) and if you ever get the munchies the habanero bbq buffalo wings are the bomb!! read more

My son and I went today for lunch. We split 20 wings. Flavors: habanero bbq, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and bbq. My flavors were the 1st two I listed here. Loved the lemon pepper! The other was fine but between the two, lemon pepper all the way! I asked that they were cooked well - extra crispy. Our entire experience was TWO THUMBS UP! Our server was superb. I believe his name was Terrence. (He has a light complexion and his hair is curly.) I didn't get a receipt since I paid with cash but I'm pretty sure when I looked at the receipt the name was Terrence. He was extremely pleasant, customer oriented, and constantly checked on us. His attitude was amazing! The manager came by and checked on us at one point, I told him everything was excellent. The fries could have been hotter and fresher but they weren't anything to make a fuss over. (I love my fries piping hot!) I would return and hope the next visit will be just as good as this one. Was stoked to come here based on coworkers recommendations and the fact they had over 100 beers on tap. First 4 drinks I tried to order were out and I guess 5th time is a charm. It's a good thing they have a large selection but keeping them stocked is important. The guacamole and cheese dips were awesome however the tacos were left lacking they were all over cooked and dry. I was not impressed with the food here. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. They were a bit smaller then I expected. The establishment on its own is nice. There are TV's everywhere and sports on every TV which is nice. There is a full bar that has plenty of liquor and a multitude of beers on tap. I would say this is probably a decent place to drink due to the selection but the food seems to be what I would expect for a sports bar type of environment. Taco Mac is a good place to grab a beer and wings. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but it's just not the same. We ordered habanero BBQ and hot buffalo (I think that was the name) wings. The habanero BBQ was more like a sweet soy sauce based sauce and the hot buffalo didn't have any heat to it at all. I think the sauces didn't deliver on their taste and the wings were just dry. Not only were the wings subpar, but I believe they are overpriced. Pretty much comes out to $1/wing (so not worth it). The service was great, just not the food.
