when we came in first they said it was a 20 minute wait and ended up being a 40 minute wait and when we came in we waited like 20 minutes just to ask another server who is our server .. and we ordered food so i tasted it at first and it was nasty i asked to get it switched out for a burger and she said i can't do that .. if you don't like something you should be able to get it switch it out .. so i forced myself to eat the first taco because i was hungry... but i couldn't eat the rest of it .. it supposed to have cilantro and onions .. but it had onion and they didn't even give us nothing to eat with .. read more

Rough start, solid recovery. Called ahead to get a seat outside, but when we showed up the panic on the hostess's face portended bad things. Though (many) tables were open, simply didn't have the staff to seat us. When they did, my mother in law had to go to the bar and get a towel to wipe it down. While waiting for drinks, we were serenaded by a car alarm for seven straight minutes. But soon, things settled. Cocktails were tasty and generously poured. Guac was great, burgers tasty, mini-corn dogs described by my daughter as "sweet and cooked perfectly". Chicken wings were meaty and delicious. Would return and really explore the beer list. read more

We ordered burgers (I'm picky) and both of our burgers )The Clermont and The Fox) were done perfectly. They need to work on their kids meals - the Mac n cheese is a bit spicy for kids. read more

I came in for dinner as being down in the area for Import Alliance once again. Service was super slow and waitress didn't seem to care much. It took us roughly 45 min to get our food. We did not have silverware or napkins. I had to get up and get a bottle of ketchup and look for napkins. I finally flagged down our waitress. She never apologized or said anything. I most definitely won't be back to this location ever! I hope you will avoid it as well! read more

OMG! The service & quality of food is far better than the Stockbridge location! I ate my Impossible burger 20 mins ago & I'm still smaking my lips & enjoying the flavors. The young ladies at the "to go" counter we very professional & eager to serve. This is the first Taco Mac I actually enjoyed! Will be back! read more

Lemme start by saying that the oven roasted wings are amazing, it doesn't matter what flavor you get, they're all fire. The highlight was Izzy (our waitress), she was super sweet and knowledgeable about the entire menu and also concocted her own off the menu drinks were probably the most refreshing drinks I've had in a while. Whenever you go in there, ask for Izzy and request a sweet Zea read more

Ordered to go for pickup at 3pm. Wasn't able to access the To Go door so I called and let them know they could bring my food out to me. I waited 10min then I had to knock on the door to be let in. My order was not ready for pick up. read more

The only thing good was the server & she did a great job Took forever to get the food 2 of us ordered philly's & they did not have cheese on them - took a long time to get them back & the fries must have been the same ones - they were not hot at all Went at 12:30 on Sunday - not a lot of people - for it to take so long read more

This is a really nice Taco Mac!! It's not as big as most, but it's still just as tasty and awesome!!! There's so many stores and shops around so it's in a great location! I've been here twice and had the same waitress both times and she's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The food damn rocks and the beer is cold. I usually always love Taco Macs so I'm glad there's another new location!! read more

Taco Mac McDonough - Both veggie nachos!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! - American Near Me - McDonough, Georgia

I went on a less busy day so I can't speak to wait times say on Saturday night. But the day and time I went, service was good. My waitress was prompt and nice. Tons of draft on tap but of course everyone knows that, so on to the food: What we had: - Printer's Ale Gutenberg's Hibiscus & Lime Gose (so good) - Printer's Ale Positive Image New England (not a fan) - Queso (great in the beginning but as it cooled it was very hard to dip into, but I guess that's every queso) - Bavarian Pretzel (holy shit this was so good) - Grilled BBQ Shrimp Taco (could use a better tortilla, filling was great) - The Hollywood Sandwich (got it grilled and it was really good) - Lemon Pepper Wings (seasoning and crispiness was perfect, the wings were kind of small for the price or maybe I'm just used extra large wings lol) - Korean Black Garlic (definitely did not taste like Korean black garlic at all. Would not recommend..waste of money. The seasoning was so sparse I could barley see it and what was there tasted sweet like confectioners sugar. I should have just stuck to Buffalo wings!) read more

We walked in this restaurant at 11:30am and it was so disgusting dirty that we turned around and walked out. The first thing we noticed walking in was the glass doors were all smeared up and gross. Then when we got inside immediately our feet were sticking to the floor and we were overwhelmed with a nasty smell. My husband went straight to the bathroom and while he was away, I was packing up to leave. When he came out the the first thing he said was WE ARE NOT EATING HERE THAT BATHROOM WAS ATROCIOUS. I told him I had already come to the same conclusion. read more

Sat down at the bar and was not spoken to for a bit, thought okay that's fine. Ordered my food at 11:09 didn't get my food until almost 12:00. It was ten wings and Philly egg rolls why does that take 50 minutes? I should have checked everything before leaving instead of only the wings which were lukewarm at best I only got one roll instead of the typical 4 that. One with the order. Not an impressive night for the restaurant, unfortunately this trend has been occurring for a bit, think I'm done with this location. The waitress was sweet and kept checking on me at least, everything else was . read more

Taco Mac McDonough - a box of chicken wings and a box of chicken wings - American Near Me - McDonough, Georgia

Love this place! Service is generally pretty good and the hot wings and trio dip for an appetizer are my go to!

Opened up early for World Cup game. Did there beat under pressure! Had the chicken plate! Yum.

Location backed out of their boy scout support! Was excited to see that TacoMac was on the Henry County GA Boy Scout camp cards for 2023 until I went to use it (at the only Henry county location) and was told that they aren't honoring them anymore. This gives the Scout Camp Cards a bad reputation at no fault of their own, and the scouts who rely on them for fundraising as well. What a disappointment! read more

Service was absolutely horrible. Floor manager was clueless and no way involved in what was going on

Traveling cross country for a funeral of a family member, exhausted, we ordered Taco Mac to eat at the hotel. Opened the wing sauce and there was a TON of dark curly hairs covering it. See picture. My daughter threw up. Spent $100 and ate none of it. Threw it out. Called up and explained the situation and asked for a manager. Was placed on hold for 20 min just to be told that the manager was too busy 'on the floor' Even though it was after closing. Zero call back as expected. They should be ashamed of themselves. There is absolutely no way a person with semi decent vision didn't see that when putting lids on the food. So they either didn't care, or it was done intentional. read more

This location is right off of I-75 exit 218. We came in on a Friday early afternoon. Our waitress was Mimi. She was very nice and helped me choose drinks, since I am not a beer drinker. Taco Mac has over 200 beers on draft, lot of wing options, and various other food choices like burgers and salads. It has a sports bar feel, with both high and low table options. Over all a good choice. Food and drinks were good. read more

Three catfish tacos - good portion size and tasty salsa. Couldn't much taste the cilantro - could use a bit more for flavor. The wings were spicy good - tender meat and lots of flavor. Unfortunately they forgot to include celery and carrots in the delivery. read more

I visited this place on 02/07/2024. I requested crispy wings, after waiting 25 minutes I get the wings and they do not look like they were cooked. I sent them back and requested this order be to go. Got halfway out of the door and my fries are not there. Had to wait an additional five minutes on fries. This is ridiculous as a business. The community is what keeps your doors open. No apology given at all. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again. read more

This is a newer location, with plenty of parking. Decor was nice and updated with about 20-30 60"flat screens throughout. Choose to sit on the patio outside, but when the wind picked up the manager KP refused to let the shade down. Stating they had to have it up during certain times of the year?! Server Amirah was friendly, but food took way too long to come out. She was holding her own with our party of 13, while receiving no help from the manager KP. I mean how long does it take to cook hot wings?! This seemed to be a general complaint when speaking to other patrons. The fries ended up cold while waiting so long. The GM Ken came out and stated he had no problem letting the shade down, also he would comp the kids meal that had hair in it. He couldn't explain why the manager KP gave us such a hard time. I ordered the Georgia Peach, which was one of the best mixed drinks I've had recently. Also ordered the buffalo hot 6 piece with fries. Wings weren't saucy at all, but waitress was good about bringing more out. Food was mediocre and so was the customer service from the manager KP. I gave 1 star only for the mixed drink and service from Amirah and GM Ken. We won't be back until management changes. read more

Horrible service, My appetizer came cold, the wait time for a table was too long for no large parties nor small parties ahead of us. We got seated waited more for a waitress, then got swapped for another for god knows what. Our food has not came to us and it's been damn well over an hour about to be 2hrs. Our waitress is no where to be found. Other waitresses are just messing around with eachother. When we do see our waitress she is just messing around with others, no interest in us what so ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! I really wish no stars was an option they don't deserve a one star rating either. Waffle House was quicker with me being attended and served! read more

While dad and I were waiting at our table in the outdoor eating area, a big dog strolled up to our table and asked what would we like to eat. Sometimes the order will be wrong or missing something , so always check your food . Other than food Is always hot and ready.

Waited 1.5 hours to get food, server never checked on us food came out cold. Absolutely terrible experience.

Worst Taco Mac! Poor service, long wait times, rude servers! Severely understaffed and they make it seem like it's your fault! I will travel farther to another Taco Mac even though this one is right in my neighborhood simply because I know I will have a better experience elsewhere. They really need to do better!! read more

3 times I've ordered from here and it really feels like they don't follow any of the order instructions. I asked for ranch and got blue cheese, said no onions got onions, specified just carrots and got just celery. Terrible service , slow as usual but good was bought out and we had to ask for silverware and napkins 4x after finishing my food I got the napkins my friend ordered and manhattan that tasted like beer after sitting for 20 minutes not drinking it and waiting for our server "lucky" to return we told her the issue and asked for it to be remade I watched the managers demeanor and knew it was an issue before he walked over he came over and told us it would be made the same way although we've had many manhattans this was lightly colored and beer tasting he then convinced her to order something else and advised "we don't comp or take off alcohol" after advising him that should be listed somewhere he said we don't have to it's law I told him the drink was not consumed & he proceeded to say "it didn't matter Virginia Georgia law abc etc" which fine but I've been to many restaurants juicy crab sports bars hole in the walls that post all alcohol is final sale for a chain restaurant like taco Mac to attempt to practice this without post is insane save your time go elsewhere this location is gone bad. read more
