I will never come back because of the service i had experienced and it made my experience there 10 times worst!! Now i never want to go back there and order because i think she'll do something to our food or worse!

Stopped in a bit before noon, and it wasn't super busy, just a few families. This location is…read moreinside/joined to a gas station, and has plenty of space for travelers to sit for a bit. Good accessibility, and a few photo-op places, too! Staff at both places (Fatburger and the station, where we had to buy one of our drinks from the cooler at Fatburger, because it wasn't their product) were friendly and courteous. Great burger! The XXL (1-lb) was two patties, thick and juicy, good flavor. The meat patty itself didn't have a lot of salt or seasoning on it, which I liked. Just delicious hamburger. I went with the toppings as they come--lettuce, tomato, mayo, relish, mustard, and onion--and it was a good combo with the meat. I don't think I'd do the relish again, though; it added a sweet, aromatic flavor to the burger I don't usually look for. All in all, I think this burger stacks up nicely with a Whataburger. The chicken sandwich wasn't as fat as the burger. Maybe ask for a double meat sandwich? Came with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The kid downed it before I had a chance to ask for a second pic. Both the XXL burger and onion rings were super oily. The burger left a little pool of water and oil in the bottom of the wrapper (see video). Thankful they double wrapped it!! Managed to eat on the road with no problems because of it. The chicken sandwich wasn't as oily. The onion rings left a little pool of oil at the bottom of their paper container, too. Oh! They also have two kinds of spice sauces, I think for the breakfast burritos, but I enjoyed them with my onion rings. Good flavor on both. Red (more tomato-y, not spicy at all) and green (nicely spicy, fresh pepper flavor, not a crazy burn, lingers and dissipates nicely). Kinda pricey, at about $33 for all that, but I've got caloric fuel for the rest of the day, now! Thankful for this location and the friendly faces helping out here! God bless y'all!

Was in Denton, TX for work, looking for a cowboy steakhouse and Parker Brothers Trail Dust…read moreSteakhouse delivered. I started with some stuffed jalapeños. Followed up by a side salad with blue cheese dressing. My main course consisted of a 12 oz sirloin with beans and a loaded baked potato. I finished off with the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Starting out, the jalapeños were good, but the bbq sauce dominated the flavor. The salad was a basic garden salad with iceberg lettuce et al. The steak was cooked medium rare as requested. It was flavorful and went well with potato and beans. The beans were cooked to perfection and the potato was proportioned well with sour cream, cheese, and bacon. The peach cobbler, was pretty basic tasting kind of bland. Peach cobbler is a favorite of mine and this one needed some seasoning. That being said, I was happy with the meal, especially for the cost. The staff was hospitable and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a cowboy steakhouse. I would definitely come back for another meal.

It is pretty well decorated and they have a big slide for kids. However, our service wasn't great and was pretty slow. Our food was average and nothing special. Portofino's Italian Restaurant Review…read more We made a reservation for 12 on a Sunday and honestly... just hoped for the best... But when we showed up? They were ready for us. And that alone deserves a standing ovation, because let's be real--large groups on a Sunday can turn into absolute chaos. Now multiply that by three groups and toss in kids... yeah. But the staff handled it like pros. Our party of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids, and a baby) was taken care of the entire time, and somehow the whole meal felt smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. The Food, We came hungry and did not hold back: Bruschetta Lunch (x2): Fresh, garlicky, and piled high with tomatoes and basil on perfectly broiled bread Fried Cheese Sticks (x2): Classic, crispy, and gone in about 30 seconds Kids' Pizzas: Hawaiian + cheese with pepperoni and sausage... zero complaints, which is basically a Michelin star in kid terms Now for the real stars: Portobello Ravioli: This is my go-to and I will not be taking questions. It's rich, earthy, and honestly one of my favorite dishes anywhere. If you like mushrooms even a little... just trust me. Sausage Pepper Parmigiana: Loaded with flavor, hearty, and exactly what you want when you're craving comfort food Chicken Parmigiana: Crispy, cheesy, saucy perfection Kids Spaghetti with Meatballs: Simple, classic, and kid-approved What really made this visit stand out was the service. Managing a group like ours is no small task, and they did it with patience, kindness, and zero stress energy. Drinks stayed filled, food came out timely, and we never felt like "that table." We walked in expecting a bit of chaos and walked out genuinely impressed. Great food, even better service, and a team that can handle a wild mix of adults, kids, and a baby without breaking a sweat. We'll absolutely be back--maybe with fewer people next time... or maybe not
