I placed my order and got service that I needed without any problem or any anger from the employee who had already been in the situation before time. This gets a kudos from me because a lot of people might have had an issue with how the other customer was talking to them and they held their composure very well. I truly appreciate this type of customer service. Because if they had done anything negative I may have never come back to this KFC again and might have been discouraged from going to another KFC and not eating this delicious chicken . Also the new potato wedges are back and they are way better than they were before and they were fantastic before. This is the main reason I was there today . We didn't argue because the experience was already ruined. We've been loyal Hooters customers at the Frisco location for over 25 years and have never been treated this way. The biscuit was really fresh and so the fries were nice and crispy and the chicken was really hot. I'm hoping that this is not just because they just opened. I hope it stays like this because we have been needing to have a good Popeyes in Denton that actually enjoy serving their customers. All in all the experience is really great 10 out of 10.
