What happened to Domino's in Hickory Creek?? I haven't had Domino's in awhile cause we've been having Pizza Hut lately and today my kids asked for Domino's and I agreed, IT WAS SHIT!!! My kids cheese pizzas were both almost BURT, I got some bone-in wings and they all were the size of my pinky, one bite, maybe two bites per wing. Austin the manager tried to gaslight me. i called the store to add a special request to my online order and he said it would be fine and he could do that for me. when we went to pick it up he claimed he never spoke to ne on the phone and that we would not be able to get what we requested. its a franchise don't expect the level of customer service like it were a corporate location because franchise people are not paid well at all because owners. after placing a $25 order I really wanted to get my points added in and there was no way they would do it. they told me I had to get online and fill out a form on support.biz some kind of website and I filled out the form at least five times never heard back from anybody. I called the store multiple times talk to the manager, but of course it's a franchise so ain't nobody wanting to give away anything for free I will never purchase another pizza from that location ever again. Fortunately, there's another Domino's in town and that's where I will go! If I could give this store a -5 I would! I placed an order for pick up. Turned on hazard lights, texted and received response pizza would be right out. After 20 mins of waiting my son went in to pick it up. I called the store and the employee was rude when I asked to speak to a manager they disconnected the call. I Called a Manager named Elliot & explained that I made an order @ the Walnut Hill location in which I never received due to the tornado there 10/20/19. I explained I have proof through the app of my order of around $35 but I never received the order because the tornado happened. He responded by saying he can't help me because it was another location. My response, wait so you're actually saying I should wait until this store rebuilds so I can get the Charge reversed to which he said yes. This guy had no compassion for any of it. I mean he should've offered at least to send the order if he can't credit my card back. I just find it quite shocking that Dominos apparently can't handle a comp of $35. They'll be lucky if I don't tweet this out on every social media I can as well as call Corporate & my credit card company too. Do better Dominos!! read more

A whole new level of incompetent employees! Simply needed to speak with a manager about ordering 30+ pizzas. Kaitlyn was nice during initial conversation, was not able to help so I returned 20 minutes later to speak with Trace. I walked in, she saw me and I sat out front for 20 minutes. 3 employees, no other customers and no phone calls, nobody acknowledged my existence, so I walked out. I've had pizza delivered multiple times and both the quality and speed are always consistent. I have never seen pizza steam when having it delivered until recently. I've had family over from out of town and ordered pizza and when they went home they ordered dominoes because they expected the same quality and later told me nothing compares to this location. I've picked up once and it wasn't the same as far as freshness goes but it prob was just a one off! read more

This store is very inconsistent in its order accuracies and deliveries. I live literally 5mins. from this location and sometimes my pizza will arrive in 7-8mins. and other times it takes 20mins. resulting in cold food. I've probably ordered from this location 10x's and they've forgotten dipping sauces which I was charged for out of the order probably 4 out of the 10x's. I finally called to complain about the slow deliveries and incomplete orders and was met with almost hostility from the manager who finally offered to bring me my missing sauces. I explained that if I just had to wait 20mins to receive a cold pizza,why would I want to wait another 20 for dipping sauce? To put it on the already cold pizza? I will no longer be using this franchise again because there are too many pizza places around to have to deal with this kind of poor service and snarky attitude. read more

The pizza was ok and yes it came at not that long of a wait. Kinda pissed that I asked them not to ring the door bell and they did anyways. This is the friendliest and fastest service in the area! We have been ordering pizzas from the Hickory Creek location for over a year. The delivery drivers never complain about the terrible traffic up 35 to get to our house, and they always have a smile on their face. They seem excited to be doing their job, and we have always received our order exactly as we wanted it. The online system allows you to see the progress of your order, which helps when you have hungry kids begging for their pizza NOW! I LOVE this Domino's! read more

I have ordered from this Domino's and have always had good pizza and customer service since moving to Hickory Creek in December 2016. In fact, it may have been our first delivery in January 2017. Staff and food have always been good to very nice. Called tonight for delivery and spoke to the most uninterested order taker I have ever spoken with that did not bother to see we have ordered the same pizza since moving to Hickory Creek. After several attempts at ordering the same pizza, I had to stop the order process at which time the young lady said good. I called back to speak to the manager and explained the situation and that I did not want anything in return. He did not mention his name nor give any indication at all that this was a concern other than asking if I knew who I talked to. Very disappointed. Hopefully the right management can be put in place to make this a good customer and delivery service again. read more

Our Dominos is so fast it's amazing. They are alway about 20 minutes. Almost can't set the table before the doorbell rings.

Unsatisfactory service, I really hate to complain but its ridiculous how long I've been receiving cold pizza with cheese to the side, or burnt sandwiches. I believe it is because of the employee familiarity towards us when we order. My family has tried eating pizza hut and other places for dinner but we shouldn't have to do that when a Dominos store is so close to home.
