I give five stars for the Pizza being quite yummy and baked perfectly. We had a large thin crust pepperoni and jalapeño with a side of pineapple and ranch dressing. I would love this restaurant if they wouldn't have made me wait 2 and a half hours for a regular pizza and a deep dish pizza! The app, website, text messages and the store are very misleading. If you get told by all of the above that your order should arrive around 7:00, it should be delivered around that time, not 7:30. Especially if the driver left at 6:38 for a 2 mile trip. If it's going to be 75 minutes from order to delivery, then say so, especially for a $5 delivery fee plus a $6 tip on a $21 order. If you can't get employees to show up, let your customers know so we can decide whether or not to order from you. And, of course, the pizza wasn't very hot. By the way, the manager tonight was not helpful at all. Just full of excuses, no apologies, no olive branch extension. She did say she's not paid enough to comp, even a partial comp, like the delivery fees. Avoid this place if you want a hot pizza within an hour or two. Expect to be charged for items they don't have or are out of stock of, then not notified. The store is poorly managed and is short staffed which is always their excuse for their 1 1/2 delivery times. Delivery tracker or time on email? Don't rely on that. Don't expect warm or hot pizza at your door, expect cold pizza that's been poorly handled on the car ride over. Finally Pizza Hut has a gluten free pizza!! I was told that I was one of the first to order from this location which says not enough people know about this. The crust is made with Udis bread. It comes out pretty crispy as most thin crust gluten free pizzas do. The flavor is good. The sauce is very tangy. You can tell there are some sweet flavors missing that you would normally get from the normal crust. Overall I think it is a great option. I think Dominos gluten free pizza might be a little bit better and that's because they add more sauce and their crust is a little more chewy and not as crunchy as this one. With that said, I will reorder! Next time maybe with extra sauce and cheese -even though that'll make it pretty pricy! It would be great if they could take this out of the oven about 1-2 minutes sooner. read more

Been going here off and on for over 15 years. We always order carry-out and get large pan supreme for the most part, and it's always yummy. All the bad reviews seem to be service related. I had to wait a while in my car a couple of times because the customer in front of me always get in a fight with them for some reasons. I even forgot and left before getting my card back one time, and they gave it back the next day without any problems. It's a shame they raised the price for bone-in wings a while back. The breaded wings were delicious, but a bit smaller than your typical wings from other places. It's been a while, but I'd stay away from spicy bbq (aka bitter) flavour. Haven't tried all the newer sauces yet, but you definitely can't go wrong with sweet chili and honey bbq. I think I tried their pzone once but was not impressed. Cheers. read more

I only get delivery, but this guy named Frank that works there delivers and he's a really nice guy, good service. The wings suck, but the pizza is awesome. It's very full, if that makes sense. Also, if you ask for extra anything, they will load it up, so don't hesitate. My delivery time usually comes much earlier than they say, but I don't order during busy times, so that's probably why. The wings just suck so bad, like you don't even get full wings. Some pieces are just breading with sauce. That brings my review down 2 stars, because Wingstreet should do better. Go to pick up pizza at drive thru window. Sat there waiting for someone to open the window for over 5 minutes. People saw my car and kept on walking by. I honked my horn lightly to get their attention and again I was ignored. After 8 minutes (another car was behind me) I had enough and walked in. Of course when I get inside girl goes over to the drive thru and helps the car that was behind me, making me wait longer and no one says "be right with you" or acknowledges my presence for another 3-5 minutes. New menu is good and I liked the Sriracha pizza a lot, but I just wish the process of getting the pizza had way better customer service. He then told us our internet order came in wrong then because it said wedges... Why the hell did my receipt say cheese sticks then?! Not a well run business. I live less than a mile from the store and after an hour and a half of not getting my pizza I drove up there, I tried to get them on the phone but nobody answered. When I got to the store there were several parties waiting to get their pizzas. The phones were ringing in the store and the employees never touched them. One of the employees in the kitchen was wearing flip flops, the tables in the restaurant had dishes on them and had not been cleaned. When I told them I had been waiting she said "oh your pizza has been in the heater, let me change that to carry out for you". I bought $52 worth of pizza. I heard if dominos doesn't have it there in 30 minutes they give it to you for free. I will not order Pizza Hut again. read more

So here's the thing... I order from this location about every 3 weeks or so, and i'm very disappointed. Not only did it take over an hour to get my food. It was cold to the touch. I've called 7 times and can recite Blake Shelton's voice message while on hold. I don't ever review any restaurant good or bad, but i'm truly disappointed in the service that i rec'd not because of the food, i just cant seem to get anyone on the phone. It's a Sunday night and the football games are almost over. I cant imagine them being that busy. I'm a restaurant manager myself, and this is starting to become unprofessional, and if i have to drive to the location to get my point across then so be it. I've never had a problem like this in the past, but i can promise that if this is not resolved soon i will be restricting my business, and telling my friends and family to do so also. I have eaten at, and ordered from other stores in this chain, and even though I knew what i was getting, the product has always been at least average or just above average. I have now ordered from this store two times, and both times have been a disappointment. I will say that the staff has always been friendly, and the order was ready or delivered at the promised time. But, the pizza has always been dry. It is like they don't put enough sauce on it. The toppings seem to be dry tasting also. I have picked up my order at the store, and had it delivered. Both times the pizza tasted dry. The second time I ordered, I also got wings. Once again, it seems like they were afraid to put sauce on them. They barely had a coating of sauce, and even though I ordered the blazing hot, they had a sweet taste like they sauced in they same bowl as something else.
