The butterscotch is my all time #1, but the chocolate & the fruit combos are yummy too. They have some tables and shade for you to enjoy your Bingsu if you don't take it to go.

Found this food truck on Yelp while we were on the way to Lake Don Pedro! So glad we stopped by…read morebecause I love supporting small/family owned food places. Why? Because they're usually super friendly and the food always tastes very homey. That was the case for this food truck!! I didn't know which style of Asian food it was but from seeing their food truck artwork, I can see they're probably a Hmong family. The food was so good and full of southeast Asian flavors. We ordered the BBQ chicken and beef with chow mein and rice + a side of their homemade sausages! It's like a Laos/hmong style sausage, super delicious!! Their pepper sauce on the side is an absolute must for added acidity, spicy, and overall umami flavor. I will stop by again anytime we're in the area!! Super friendly owner as well. Come support!!

Hey Taquiza! First…read moreyour service stood out. Man at register was upbeat, all smiles, eager to help and patient. Makes a big difference as it was my first time here. Had 3 Tacos- Birria, Carnitas and Pastor. They were all good and piping hot. Great job. And you did not skimp on meat and side veggies. That's a plus in my book. If I was to nitpick with constructive feedback is that the tacos tasted similar. Carnitas I expect more crunch, Pastor more saucy sweetness, Birria more of that kick. Don't get me wrong I still liked them, but maybe amp up the unique flavor more? Also I ordered birria tacos And didn't realize it was diff then the queso birria tacos. Obviously my fault, but maybe for newcomers or non natives.. provide clarity warning :) I'll be back soon

When I arrived, there was a group of people waiting around for their food. After ordering my food, I waited an HOUR. That is an hour standing on concrete in the sun, with no idea when I would finally get to eat. Everyone was getting frustrated waiting, but they continued to take new orders and didn't offer any explanation to anyone about what was taking so long. My entire family ordered food from other food trucks and finished eating before I ever got my food. When I FINALLY got my food, I was even more frustrated with what I was served. The tri-tip sandwich consisted of 4 slices of cold, dry, hardly seasoned tri-tip on 2 plain buns. And some potato salad that tasted like store-bought Reeser's. Not worth the money and definitely the hour long wait in the sun.

I stopped by Tacos Hidalgo and ordered a quesadilla and 5 tacos supreme and I have to say the food…read moreitself was really good. The flavor was on point easily a 9/10. The meat was well seasoned the tacos were loaded and the quesadilla was cheesy and satisfying. Definitely the kind of spot you go to when you're craving solid tacos that actually hit the spot. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is a couple small things. They don't automatically give you any salsas which was surprising because most taco spots will at least throw in a few. Also I paid with a credit card and there was a $2 charge on a $25 order just for using a card. That said the food quality really carries this place. If you're looking for flavorful tacos and a good quesadilla this spot delivers. Just be aware of the card fee or bring cash and make sure to ask for salsas. Overall still a place I'd come back to for the food.
