This place is only receiving a 4 star is only cuz it's a taco truck. When you guys become a restaurant you'll get that 5!. The foods on the spot for me. I'll be coming here more often. Tip for the people of the community..,,Order ahead of time to avoid that 15 plus people standing in line for this delicious tasty snack/ meal. Don't let the surroundings judge itself, for there is plenty to do around the area when you're waiting for your meal. Berners smoke shop across the way. Coffee shop next door. Smoke shop for your smoking material across the street. And if your up for it the car dealership is on the corner with the bank next to it to assist for all your needs. Pretty much this spot has it all in one area. Plenty of parking. Just be ready for a line if you didn't order ahead of time. And even if you didn't order ahead it's well worth the wait. read more

Hey Taquiza! First your service stood out. Man at register was upbeat, all smiles, eager to help and patient. Makes a big difference as it was my first time here. Had 3 Tacos- Birria, Carnitas and Pastor. They were all good and piping hot. Great job. And you did not skimp on meat and side veggies. That's a plus in my book. If I was to nitpick with constructive feedback is that the tacos tasted similar. Carnitas I expect more crunch, Pastor more saucy sweetness, Birria more of that kick. Don't get me wrong I still liked them, but maybe amp up the unique flavor more? Also I ordered birria tacos And didn't realize it was diff then the queso birria tacos. Another first! Usually, I don't give five stars, but the kid at the window was a superstar himself, Bryan. I ordered the lengua burrito. Dam it was delicious, the wife got the quesadillas fritas and she was not talking. lol. I tried them too, dam delicious! Then they told us that the carrots were home made, and then they were off the hook too. I think we just found us a new favorite spot. This is the best taco truck in Merced! Their tacos are excellent, don't skimp on the meat, and are priced reasonably. They have a number of fancier dishes that are delicious, including mulitas, chavindecas, and quesabirria. The staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this food truck. read more

The birria egg rolls are HUGE and the chapurrado is so delicious. I came here 20 minutes before closing and the customer service is amazing! It was only a cook and a cashier with a big rush and they handled it like champs. Flipping tortillas dropping the food in the frier and filling up drinks. Both workers did amazing ! Holy cow, this is hands down the best burrito I've ever had. I had a couple of beers over at Tioga and naturally got a craving for tacos or a burrito. DoorDash showed $20 to have one delivered from local places so I took a walk and found this place a block away. So glad I did. I ordered a supreme burrito with pastor and was shocked at how big it was when it came out. Literally the size of a newborn and about twice as heavy ! Came with two different salsas along with escabeche, all of which were excellent. Price for all of this...$12.50! No 25% tip required (nor did they ask). I enjoy going to places to try out food from small businesses. I came here in the afternoon and met two lovely ladies. I ordered 2 combos of quesabirria tacos and gracian's fries to go. There are seating tables outside under a canopy while we waited for our food. The quesabirria tacos were the best I've had in Merced. Tacos were piping hot with lots of meat and cheese to get that string pull. Consome was also delicious. Gracian Fries were definitely a hit with my family as well. I will definitely be back. I kept seeing Gracians on IG and decided to give them a try. When I arrived there was a pretty good line nonetheless the lady that took my order was so nice and courteous. We ordered the munchie box and some asada tacos. Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes and they threw in extra salsas without even asking! The tacos were good. Asada was flavorful and they had good amount of meat and came with the usual onion, cilantro, salsa, and lemon. But the showstopper was definitely the munchie box! The fries were were loaded with everything but my fave was the rolled tacos! They were filled with shredded chicken, chunky guac, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese, and mex cheese to top off! They were so damn good, crunchy, and flavorful and only $10!! Talk about a great experience. This has to be one of the best food trucks I've been to in the valley. Like top 3 food trucks. First off, the people are super chill and very passionate about what they serve. That's already setting the mood right. It's a food truck but they still have seating right next to it with a little screen window to overlook the customer. I'm sitting there eating and the guy asks me if everything is good, I said it sure it, I'm loving it. I ordered their 3 Quesabirria tacos that comes with consome. I also order a Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca. When I say these are the best birria tacos I've ever had, I mean it. So much flavor, the right amount of cheese, and that consome juice dip was so good! Seriously, I drank every last drop of that consome. Loved the agua fresca to wash it all down. By the time I'm on my third taco, I'm already stuffed but I just can't stop eating them.
