Great size, and some of the best eggrolls I've ever had. Leftovers always reheat great too!!

The egg rolls are all a huge size-see the pictures. Actually, I ate one whole and a half. I ordered, five pieces, beef, two pork, vegetable and chicken. So far I tried the vegetable and beef. They are delicious, crunchy and the sauces are very good. They also have other side dishes, see my attached photo. Their customer service is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is you get to eat outside where there are tables and depending what time you go or do what I did on this hot day outside, took them home and munched on them hot in a cool apartment. I would recommend my friends and family. So go get you some. read more

This food truck is so quick with service it's is crazy! The food taste soo good I had to wait the first time trying to due to being in a meeting at work but they were still crunchy after 20 mins of letting them sit. Not pictured is the chicken with steamed rice and corn. So delicious this truck doesn't disappoint also very reasonable prices for the portion size! If you like egg rolls, you're going to love the Eggroll Lady. Giant egg rolls filled with deliciousness. We get the pork and vegetables rolls. A dozen for $20 I think. Our group of 4 was a little suspicious if a dozen egg rolls would be enough, but no worries there. Each of us had 2 egg rolls and were full. We also had the rice with corn and banana bread, all of it fantastic. Next time I plan to try the fried chicken plate. The service is great, we ordered from the Eggroll Lady herself. It's a great little food truck but understand that there (as of 2-22-25) is nowhere to sit and eat there. It's definitely a pick up and eat somewhere else type deal. They are down by Mercy Hospital so not on the usual areas you see the food trucks and only open for lunch ( I see why the hospital area flow) The lady and the fella are nice people and gosh darnit the egg rolls are worth it! Order the dozen and save for later you will thank me. After you have your initial portion at some point a day later you'll say man I can have some more of those . I asked for extra sauce and they were both good, The hot sauce they have is absolutely fire! Spicy and tasty. Most amazing eggrolls. Hands down. They have 5 eggrolls to choose from with 3 dipping sauces. Sweet chili, peanot butter sauce amd a spicy one that is my favorite. It has fish sauce, soy sauce, fresh garlic and I think thai chilis. They have fried chicken plates with rice and pork belly plate with rice. Reasonable prices. The owner is friendly and approachable. The price for the size is not bad at all. The fillings could had been better. Taste had too much msg the shrimp was my favorite. I.didnt like how they cooked the pork because it was precook and wrap to deep fried. Lots of filler (noodles and cabbage mix) but not enough meat. I had better. Glad I got to try it. The only downfall is that they're almost always sold out of things and their hours vary sometimes they close way earlier. But if you catch them and they're open try them you won't be disappointed. read more

Service was good. Food was okay. I had this craving for pork belly with sticky rice. The first time I came here, pork belly sold out. I was bummed, so I tried chicken and shrimp eggrolls instead. They were okay. Eggrolls were huge for the price. However, I call this an american type eggroll. The eggroll wrapper was the thicker kind, not the thin lumpia type. The fillings had a simple taste. On the pro side, there was lots of veggies. Nothing too special to make it stand out. The second time around I finally got the pork belly. I was expecting Hmong new year type of pork belly over rice. Instead I got tiny deep fried pork belly cut ups over rice. Something I could of made at home. The side pepper was not good at all. Lacked any good flavors especially salt and spice. I love asian food so maybe my expectations were too high. This place isnt bad but it's not something I crave to go more than once a year. read more
