I also like to try to Pastor since everyone makes that one a little bit different. I usually don't judge the Carne Asada, bc generally the kind of meat used is kind cheap and not as good. But... I think Carne Asada is my favorite here. It's different. not chunks or strips, but diced into almost ground beef size. Yes it doesn't sound good, but it just works bc it's crunchy.
